My ninja-ing has discovered yet another WWTLF with Helene! This one is an AMAZING view. Incomplete at the beginning, but it goes all the way to the end. pats good ninja on the head. Dang person who blocks the view at the end. I love seeing the ending hug. They had fun. Drama is fun. You can see and hear too in this one that her voice breaks on her entry after the guitar solo. She covers really well. I'm guessing the stress of singing so big? and not being quite supported in her diaphragm. It's part of the bigness of these songs. She corrected for it after that.

Queen’s Brian May discusses what Adam Lambert can do that Freddie Mercury couldn’t For Brian May, continuing on as Queen with Roger Taylor came down to musical chemistry, to friendly rivalry and to a lingering sense of ownership — despite the fact that former bandmates John Deacon and Freddie Mercury weren’t around. “When Roger and I play, you can put, in some way, the stamp of Queen on it,” May tells Universal Music. “It’s not Queen like the old days, but it’s the spirit of Queen that’s alive when we play together. We don’t have John anymore, because John opted out. We don’t have [the late] Freddie. But we have what we built, and we still have our bodies, which are able to make music. Now and again, we find a way of doing it.” Most recently, that’s been alongside Adam Lambert, who’s been working with Queen off and on since his 2009 appearance as a finalist on American Idol. Over that period, which includes a well-received on-going world tour, May says he’s come to better understand Lambert’s strengths as a performer. “When something comes out of the blue, like Adam Lambert,” May says, “where did he come from? I can’t imagine. [Laughs.] We didn’t look for this guy, but suddenly he’s there. And he can sing all of those lines. See, they’re difficult songs to sing, Queen songs. There’s too much range that plenty of people can’t sing them in the original key — even if they are good singers. Adam comes along, and he can do it easy. He can do it in his sleep! [Laughs.] He can sing higher than even Freddie could, in a live situation.” Lambert and Queen head to Europe for a 26-date tour in 2015, having hit North America, Australia and elsewhere this year. May and Taylor recently oversaw a new release called Queen Forever, featuring some never-before-heard material from the Mercury era. Lambert is also at work on a separate solo project. let's be honest some of the fan art, while well intentioned and meant with love, is creepy and/or crappy. Having honest discussions within the fandom should be expected by the artist if they put their art out there for public consideration. I see no need to be cruel or unkind in sharing an opinion but this political correctness where everyone gets a trophy for just showing up is part of the reason people feel so entitled to praise they haven't rightfully earned (imo). sorry, nope, don't care if it's crappy. I think what started this was a member who shared what they thought was a funny picture. That picture and it's creator declared crappy and by extension the member who thought it was funny probably feels crappy now too. I don't want to declare that someone can only post artwork if you are "good enough". Really? Well I guess we should only post our thoughts if we are "eloquent enough". It's a good way to ensure that nobody is going to dip their toe in. This is not Glambert Idol. We are not competing for votes of the masses. This is FAMILY or GLAMILY if you prefer and if I post something it's because I want to share and perhaps because my real life family doesn't "get it" and I thought that, you know, my online friends actually might be friendly. I may not be asking anyone to "critique" it. In fact I'm probably not because um you know I might actually know I'm not very good but I want to participate. I want to celebrate. I want to belong. Don't kick me to the curb because I'm not capable of winning the trophy. Being an Adam fan is not a G**Damn competition. Jablea, can I hug your neck?

Absolutely. I haven't read any criticism or trashing. Just expressing preference. We do that with Adam's hair, his beard, his shoes and his ear gauges. It's just discussion to pass the time til we get NEW MUSIC!!!!! Adam is fair game, he knows the game, he participates in the game. He's not bedridden, a teenager, or closeted. He doesn't have self esteem issues, he has access to world-class equipment if he wants to create something, he has people who's job is to shelter him from some criticism. We just had a fan who passed away last week and more of us everyday are getting closer to that nirvana day by day and step by step if we are able. Don't let the last thing I hear from you before I turn toes up be that you don't think that my creation is worthy of sharing with you or with Adam.
