This is not a chart -- this is a programming decision by the BBC Radio 2. It is a radio playlist add. It is very difficult for any American artist to get a BBC Radio 1 or BBC Radio 2 add -- particularly a mainstream pop artist. Most of the American artist who make the BBC playlists are in genres that the US leads in Hip Hip, Urban and Country Crossover. Here is a description about how BBC Radio 2 makes programming decisions: www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/radio/entries/6dc42e38-7c5f-3729-be7c-53f324fb7f09 [It is from 2012 but it has not changed since then.] I know it isn't a chart, but lilly said if it charts, then it will be added to BBC1 too. As for BBC2 adding policy - thanks for the quote! Seems like it's based on nothing but their own feelings and favorites. Fine with me. noo i said they would have to play it ,,on the chart countdown shows ,that does not mean they will add to playlists

This is the best I could do to get the shirt white. I am going for the black/black! IMO it is perfectly dramatic! The grey/grey and grey/white are easier on the eyes but they both look like a wedding tux to me and not as a fashion statement I vote for the black/black the way he wore it, too. The stark black makes the softer colors of the suit pop, IMO. I'm also loving the shoes with it, if only because one of Adam's most endearing, relatable qualities, IMO, is his relative frugality when it comes to his wardrobe. I say "relative" because we, of course, know he spends a pretty penny for the pieces he wants hanging in his closet. That said, he does an amazing and admirable job at mixing and matching what he has. It really does add to his appeal to me, knowing that he is smart and thrifty while, at the same time, exuding fabulous personal style.

Oh you are right...now make the shirt white with the grey/silver....we should go into business...hahaha staining Adam is like having your own Ken doll to dress...or paper doll....lol...so fun....cause you know it will always look good... This is the best I could do to get the shirt white. I think the silver shirt is just right.

Adam's on the BBC2 Radio "B"playlist - I know it's not Radio 1 but it's a start I don't think he's made the BBC before in previous eras.
www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/playlist#b What is the difference between A, B, and C playlists and what determines which one a song will go on?

I'm interested because our radio seems to "copy" UK radio (except of course for the Israeli songs), but I don't know if it copies one specific station.

I was hopping in and out and lost the conversation. *** I think to get on BBC Radio 1 has very little to do with either sales or streaming -- it is about the programming committee's preferences and (possibly) if they believe the song is very popular with 15 - 29 year olds. To illustrate, here is the BBC Radio 1 playlist status of the top 10 selling songs in the UK - it is worse when you move down the sales chart. A List: 5, 7, 10 B List: 1 C List: 3, 8 Not on BBC Radio 1: 2, 4, 6, 9 The good news for Adam is that BBC Radio 1 seems to really like EDM.
