I use arnica for jetlag..made a real difference for me... Tell us more! I suffer so bad going east and I thought it was used for bruises, sprains, muscle aches, wound healing etc. I figure I won't get out of flying for this tour of TOH Oh sorry, honey, I only just got this now, I went to bed. Homeopathic arnica is great for using before and after operations (they use it in the UK for cosmetic surgery ops as standard practice now) and my homeopath advised me to use it for jetlag, which I used to get terribly. It made a huge difference for me. Now I go everywhere with it. My mate took it after having her third child and said the difference was amazing in how she recovered afterwards. It's a great piece of kit, so many uses.

Haven't tried it for jetlag but they make a great massaging oil with it which is quite a bit less expensive than the creams you can only afford to use in small patches.

I love using the Arnica balm (Neal's Yard do a lovely one) for sore, achy or pulled muscles...The oils are great because you can massage them in, or rub it on and get into a warm bath, very soothing...Arnica's a special little plant.
