I love the wild, loose, long hair Yeah, love the floppy hair... Me too!!! I like it much more this way than "fresh from the hairstylist", when the sides are shaved so short that you can see the scalp!

shivers...I see the wolf head and in his body do you see the eyes and nose of a person? Yes, you are right! At first I didn't recognize it but my DH saw it immediately and pointed at the eyes and the nose and then I could see it, too! It is eerie stuff, I am surprised more haven't noticed. The face leapt out at me but not the wolf until you mentioned it.

I had some time yesterday and translated and posted my translation of the El Mercurio article (which didn't really have anything new) to resounding silence. and yeah, usually you can figure out pretty much what the Google translation means, but, as Cassie said, there have been a lot of instances when the meaning is completely opposite. One of the Brazil articles said that Adam had said he was in love (intro to STL), when it actually was "I'm not in love." csquared, so sorry about the silence after putting in the work for us. In my defense, I have stated a couple of times that for my sanity, I never read QAL reviews, so I scrolled. However, that does not totally absolve me from expressing my appreciation for your effort. Thank you. I did read your translation and so appreciated all your work.. On my own, I could get maybe 10 words out of the article that I thought I might understand.very frustrating. SO THANK YOU.. I love reading the reviews when they are flattering.

I really hope that Brian and Roger collaborate on new songs with Adam in the future...They so get Adam and their musical writing skills, well IMHO,here for eternity . I think that outcome would be so original and so mind bending..

As a professional interpreter and interpreter educator, it pains me to read the Google translations. But, I guess it is proof that we interpreters are not gonna be out of jobs soon! I mentioned the confusion with negation that crops up frequently, turning affirmative statements into negations and vice versa. The meaning is skewed 180 degrees. The other repeated error I have seen is the Spanish word "histrionismo" which Google insists on translating literally as histrionic, an English word with negative connotations not intended in the Spanish text. It should be translated as drama or dramatic. Aaaargh. But I should not complain, I suppose. Adam is getting wonderful reviews, all emphasizing his amazing voice and compelling stage presence. That'll do! I've wondered why the translators aren't used as basic tools and then one goes through and cleans up the translations.
btw, thank you for the calendar reminder yesterday. I found it this a.m. and opened it up. It should be flashing or something up on that banner

The face is that of the Grinch ( Who Stole Christmas, that is). The pointy part on the right is the top of his head.
