Yes, there's a tour for Idol. Kris Allen is going along with them I think. I noticed they were doing The Ryman. When I saw Adam for the first time was in 2009 in Memphis at the FedEx arena and it was full....and when Adam came on the place went totally crazy. So looks like they are picking smaller venues this go around. I was at that Memphis show, too. When we checked into the hotel the lobby was packed with Adam fans, Beale Street was packed with Adam fans, and the arena was packed with Adam fans, it was like an Adam fan take-over.
I was surprised because Memphis is across the river from Arkansas and only 2 hours from Kris' hometown.
Plus, Adam was on fire that night.
ETA: I think Kris is forgetting some of the less than wonderful behavior of his fans, friends and family. At the Memphis concert, for example, there was a group of about 100 Kris fan, friends and his close family near the front of the floor. When Adam performed almost the whole place was standing except this group -- including his brother, wife, and parents.

TSMGO: PC with Bose external speakers, MP$
Definitely A. Voice is very up front and clear. Like it is just feet away. B sounds like when one sits at the back of the arena in the first tier. C sounds like back of the top balcony. Sounds are all mixed together and seem muddy.

The Show Must Go On:
1) Which version do you like best & 2nd best? And why?
A is best for me. Vocals are loud and clear and emotional. B and C are just too low volume to judge. They lack emotion because it sounds as if they are being played in another room.
2) Which format did you listen to, FLAC, M4A, or MP3?
M4A
3) Did you listen on a PC or on a Smartphone?
PC
4) Did you listen using speakers, headphones or earbuds? If speakers, was it the speaker on the PC or a better speaker?
Bose Soundlink speaker attached to PC.
