The music world doesn't stand still. Those moments we want to last forever don't last. Every singer has to find a way to move on and keep succeeding. Like most singers, Adam says he wants longevity in the business. Each day new singers of all ages and styles pop up and take over the charts. Adam has a loyal core fan base that will stick by him. Hope all those fans who say they love him so much will actively support him when he needs them the most.

And I will be glad when he runs out of them...love the clothes and long hair đ, donât like the looking like he needs a bath đŹ part or most of the poses. Hobo comes to mind....mismatched clothes, unkempt hair/beard. So not sexy at all. My finger is tired from scrolling through these photos as fast as humanly possible.

What I don't get is that they have to come back in every article to the accuracy and Freddie's sexuality. You make it about that. Not the fans! The critics (including armchair critic-fans) have always given Queen a hard time. It wouldn't be a Queen-related review without bashing something about Queen. It's like a rite of passage for budding music critics: "Bash Queen; might as well for practice, because it won't affect how popular they are or how many millions they sell." Brian and Roger are used to it (though Brian still seems to take it to heart until the sales numbers roll in). There was as much obsession with Freddie's sexuality in the 70s, 80s as now. When the sexier extended version of the film comes out (as planned) in its R-rating glory, all those critics will *still* bash it, because you're not a serious music reviewer unless you bash Queen. Which won't affect sales at all, so Queen won't be hurt by it, which is why the critics do it because all they want is to get read and paid and not hurt Queen or lessen their chance to get a reviewer backstage pass. It's so comical to watch this, knowing that most of those bashers have all Queen's albums and have always been fans. If they run out of valid reasons to attack Queen, they can always resort to attacking Adam instead, because he's an easy target and can't fight back. In the end, the joke is always on them, because Queen and Adam are flying around the world in a private jet to do what they love in front of packed houses of emotionally-wrought fans who will never forget the experience as long as they live, and making movies that do same for movie-goers worldwide, and the critics are there too, crying right along with them (secretly, into their shirts, so no one knows what cowards they are when they write the reviews). Madmax, I love you! Been here for nine years, loving the man you know; who will never know me. It doesn't matter. You state the obvious so perfectly. Time for us to take a deep breath and understand.

Javi is the guy that was at Johnnyâs birthday dinner with Adam. Judging by their social media posts it seems they have been spending time together. I just hope the stalkers of the world donât start trying to bother them. I happen to stumble on Javiâs instagram and liked some of his photos from Colorado and when I went through some of his other posts I realized he seems to be spending time with Adam. I wasnât sure about posting about him but since the photo been put here I guess itâs OK. Don't expect the stalkers to stop now. They have never allowed Adam to have one minute of private time without thinking they know everything and the need to share it. He is pretty open but they can't seem to wait until he has something he wants to share with fans or the public. I guess it is not good unless they get to tell what they think they know of his private life first, lol.

For years the movie promised and was billed and touted as a Freddie biopic, what they got was a Queen biopic featuring Freddie with cheesy dialogue and great music. Not in the least suprising that some are disappointed. Agree re âcheasy dialogue and great musicâ...not sure I can agree with âQueen biopic featuring Freddieâ... none of the other members of Queen were developed as characters, all totally flat - all youâd learn from the movie was that Bri was an astrophysicist and Rog was a dentist...thatâs it... very little of their creative process was shown, the bandâs struggle/road to success was shortened to the point of absurdity... it was about Fred, no one and nothing else, with some effort to make it a bit tamer than they could just to get the PG13 rating... may be I need to see it the 2nd time ...in case my first impression is somehow skewed... If I might respond to both at the same time and share my thoughts on the film. I've been a Queen fan a long time, probably know more than the GP but less than the die hards. I think that the movie tried to be about Queen the band and about Freddie, but I'm not sure it's successful trying to cover both in 2 hours. And this is where most of my criticism of the film lies and where most of the critics took issue. The editing is choppy, and yes the dialog is cheesy at times. There's virtually no character development for any of the band. Roger is angry most of the time, John says little at all. They didn't show the things that made them uniquely sound like Queen, like Brian and his father building the Red Special or heck, any mention of the Red Special at all, except one shot of it. Most bands start poor, get their break, have some partying issues, battle their labels over singles, break up, etc.. and this is where the 'color by numbers musical biopic' criticisms come from. At least the film (to me) tried to cover both Queen and Freddie and sorta failed on the Queen part, except with the music. I don't think they did a great job at capturing just how incredibly massive they were at the peak of success and the tolls that took on all of them, not only Freddie. The live performance recreations they did right. Ok so the accuracy isn't exactly right on the timelines of the songs, but eh it's not that important. The live concert scenes were great, it's between the music where the film has issues. And the catch-22 is that if all the music scenes weren't there, they'd have had more time for character and story development. Even Freddie who has all the character development was still sorely underdeveloped. Yet the music scenes make the film. It's grossly oversimplified to say that critics only want gay porn for it to be a great film. That's not true at all, there's numerous criticisms of the film on the merits of the film itself. There's just so much more to the story of Queen and of Freddie that it does seem a bit spit shined and spoon fed. It's a lot like their tour setlists, just give them the hits. Ending with Live Aid leaves a huge chunk of their history out. I understand they didn't want to recreate his death ala Philadelphia, but they didn't have to. Live Aid was a triumph, but by announcing his AIDS diagnosis before the concert (WTF) and then ending the movie, it makes it seem like he got off the stage, took ill and died 6 years later. The day before Live Aid is fairly laughable in the timeline of finding Jim in the phone book, making good with his family, rehearsal and diagnosis announcement with the band. It somehow cheapens how amazing that performance was by giving it a motivation that simply wasn't true at the time. Did I enjoy the film? Yes, the music scenes were especially great. A few scenes I shed a tear, the one with Freddie in the rain was heartbreaking. Live Aid reproduction was amazing and I do hope there is some kind of technical award for those responsible for it. Is it a Best Picture type of film? No, I don't think so. But that doesn't mean that people aren't connecting and obviously it's hugely successful. And that's wonderful. But I think the music is what is driving that connection and success. Rami does a great job with a script that could have been so much better, particularly in his live concert recreations. I liked the movie, but didn't love it. It felt like a missed opportunity to be truly special. Queen was unique, Freddie was unique. But the film isn't particularly unique to me. YMMV. But I'm very very happy to see the chart response and it bodes well for the next world tour.

Hobo comes to mind....mismatched clothes, unkempt hair/beard. So not sexy at all. Glad Adam had fun with this shoot, and it seems like very many people like it. However, I 100% agree with graciejane. I live in a very funky town, and we have hobos thumbing their way through town daily. We have tons of hippies from the older original â60s hippies on up with a great deal of diversity, not just the stereotypical idea often shown on television, etc... . But, and this is just me, this shoot looks like a combo of stereotypical hippie, plus hobo, albeit with expensive clothes, all just on this side of getting dirty. I generally love his tattoos, but they seem to go against the grain here. And some of the photos sort of scare me, but I realize it has to do with the time and place they make me think of, scary obsession a little girl had. And mostly, where is his beautiful face? Brad Pitt went through a phase where it was like he was trying to make himself gritty and unattractive, and not all looks were for movie roles. Easy to google. Of course, neither he nor Adam could really succeed at not being handsome and sexy IMO. With Brad, it was almost as if he was wanting people to get beyond his looks to âseeâ his acting skills in and of themselves. I canât say whether that has been true of Adam outside of this photo shoot with his thick, straggly beard and decision to let his hair grow out. Of course, there is no way for me to know at all. It was just an association that came to mind. Of course, I might/probably am reading way too much into the above comparison. It may be just fun and artistic, and that is all, so good for Adam. This is just my first time, I think, on commenting on a look of Adamâs, and i am just voicing my solo opinion. It is very nerve-wracking for me to do so. Of course, Adam remains the immensely talented, fun activist, among other things, that he has always been. And one more thing about appearances: I think the photo of Dr. Bri and Anita is spectular. They are both glowing.

This might just be my favorite video from behind the scenes on the set of BR. Awww Bri and and Rog! And thatâs Peter Freestone, Freddieâs former assistant in the middle behind Brian and Iâm pretty sure thatâs Brianâs daughter Emily next to Rog. http://instagr.am/p/BqVnIqxBsvB This is wonderful! Thanks so much for posting! Youâre welcome! I love it!

I made the connection a couple weeks ago but like I said I was afraid to say anything about it, I still feel weird mentioning it, I donât know why. I guess itâs ok since they are posts made open to anyone. I would just never want to do anything to empower the weirdos out there that always seem to push too far, and I donât mean that includes anyone here! I am sorry for bringing it up now but I guess others will figure it out too. I just do not want to be a part of prying into Adams private life thatâs all.
