The performance did absolutely nothing for his iTunes positions (yet). He did gain 2k followers on Twitter and 13k followers on Instagram. There were also 64,000 tweets in 24 hours mentioning Adam (or even only @adamlambert).

I'll check the QAL video's later tonight. But I think you are right. Although they might switch to Adams videos as well. It's probably to early to tell now what the effect will be.
