OT: There is a nice write-up in the Houston Press about their hometown Idol contestant Uche. Very nice to see them talk about his performance style and abilities, instead of focusing on his sexuality. He mentioned his bi status at the beginning of Idol but Idol seems to be allowing the main focus to be on his talent and performances. Most (other than LP) seem to be letting his talent, and not his sexuality, take center stage. They also did not compare him to Adam. I think it is important for contestants to establish their own identities and not get trapped into comparisons to Idols who made big names for themselves, on and after the show.

Full heading coming later? I know I've gone off the deep end, because I actually seem to remember where he wore these glasses. I think he was at a party, and the glasses belonged to someone else and he just put them on for fun. If this is not the same occasion, I DO remember the one I just described. I now someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Lord, my mind is way too full of Adam trivia!
