Haha, poor Neil. I'm the older sister by 11 months, so we always sign our parents' birthday or xmas cards as Daughter #1 and Daughter #2 lol.
I figured that's what Amy meant.

Oh golly...Lol....funny enough I thought the same thing...that Neil will pick up on this...and Leila...even though we know what Amy meant. Amy usually is on target with "step son", and Adam is "first born step son". Ahh "poor" Neil could not let that "snub" go. And bet he will "milk" that oversight for years to come. ( Especially when Amy has baby sat Remi and Neil and Elisse probably spend way more time with Eber/Amy than Adam.)

Adam has had a great career so far. He's making significant money, and he has his calling as singer with Queen, his past recordings, and whatever comes from Velvet. And then there is his vocal role as Maximus. He continues to make contacts and impress other artists. He is not focused on radio play. I know that's disappointing for many, because Sam Smith/Normani is right in there, P!nk, Jonas Brothers. But he has a different vision at the moment.

I don't find Queen part of Adam's career being out there front and centre.
After all, there are 654678 solo artist out there but there's only one king of Queen.
Unrelated - saw "Rocketman" this evening. What a bore. I kept thinking to myself: "Yeah, I get it, he had terrible parents. And?". And the musical theatre concept was not really my thing either. And the "sex scene" everyone's obsessing about was maybe 5 seconds long. I really don't see how having it there made any difference? If the "critics" thought it was oh so important to have it there, I don't know, maybe they just need to watch more porn. LOL

I haven't seen it yet but that is exactly what I have been thinking. The obsession that some seem to have with seeing sex on screen (to the point of knocking BR because they don't give it to them) is baffling.

I have always wanted more radio play for Adam because I thought it would be helpful to HIS career to have that extra exposure. But if he and others don't care about, or want that, it is fine too. But there is only so much streaming his current fans can do. However, he has a great career and I hope he gets everything he wants, the way he wants it, from this new adventure.
