Love the YouTubeSpace videos and really like the band as well. Only thing that bothers me is The Pocket Queen chewing her gum. She has a lovely fun pretty smile...but the gum chewing distracts me. I think it bothered me more when she was directly behind Adam and I could see her more. I'm sure it's something that she always does...probably helps with her drumming...and it may not distract others and I guess if it doesn't bother Adam...I'll need to learn to deal....lol. Should they be the touring band....my eyes and any vids will be always on Adam so I think it will be less of an issue. I noticed it at the GMA performance ... but even Adam was doing it during the interview before the show! Not at all attractive! I like the other two band members, but I find the drumming to be repetitive and boring ... anyone else feel that way? Maybe I'm just spoiled by Roger!!

I think I like the bass player's personality the most and the lead guitar is very good.

"'39" is based on Special Relativity (Brian has said this in his intro during past tours) -- that time slows down when you travel at near light speed. In "'39" a man who goes on a space journey and returns having aged "but a year", to find that that the lover he left behind died in the many years that have passed. That is not time travel but a time speed differential. The space travelers return to earth and their grandchildren are old. No one in time traveling in this song.
The stickler for detail in me cringes at the "but a year" part, because according to the rest of the song, they brought good news of a new world. The closest place you can fly to (Alpha Centauri) is 4.37 light years away. So it would take at least 9 years for the traveler in his own time frame to get there and back at nearly the speed of light. There is simply not much to see within a light year around here... But then I also know it is just poetry! I have actually wondered about the "one year" problem and would love to ask Brian about it. I agree it is poetry.
But.... perhaps home is not Earth? Just a thought.

I never noticed the gum chewing. When Adam is in view, I pretty much see Adam.

However, opinions seem to differ on whether that is true, and we don't even know if they exist...

Sure, we don't know whether they exist but they are a possible mathematical solution in Einstein's general theory of relativity, so dependent on whether they occupy a fixed location in space, then time dilation would only occur during travel to that location and would remove the difficulty of the ~4.5 light years to the nearest star system I vote for bending space and time 8-)

Oh well Adam's always doing interviews chewing gum. Any one remember the overseas, probs Australia interview he did, where you could hear him slurping his cereal? They asked him what the noise was. Yeah he's got his million dollar vocal cords as an excuse though.

Some Adommy fans got offended by Adam's IG story where his friends call themselves Glamily. The original was posted by Jason. I used to like Tommy and of course peeps are welcome to like Tommy but Adommy certainly is no longer a thing even in imagination. Saw Neil call him out a couple of months ago over the tweets Tommy is putting out. He hasn't changed or grown for the better. Oh but my question is do they (adommy fans) think they have rights to "glamily" themselves? What was their problem? Fans tend to think they invented things when they didn't.
