@drbrianmay: Thanks Los Angeles for a wonderful warm reception at the Forum. People often say to us “Oooh ... the LA audience is tough - they’re not easily impressed”. But that has never been our experience. To us, Los Angeles… www.instagram.com/p/B0P20Dnhtzc/?igshid=1cuovajlp0boy

Does that look like a commercial plane or a private one? I was under the impression that the entire band did not fly on the private plane. Just Brian, Adam and Roger, plus assistants, friends, etc. Am I wrong? That would make no sense at all. I can't imagine them having a band member flying commercial and risking getting stuck somewhere due to cancelation and jaopardizing a show just to, I don't know, make some sort of a status statement? Can you imagine Roger going: "Oh well, Spike is missing and we have to cancel but at least my friends are here!".

It was always the whole band on the private plane. Plus Brian‘s, Roger‘s and Adam’s personal assistants, bodyguards and manager. About 14-20 people (depending on plane size and if family members are traveling with them).

After all, we need them all in the same place at the same time and often on a very tight schedule.

I'm pretty sure that the whole band travels on the private plane including Spike, Neil, and Tyler plus various assistants. Haven't we seen some instagrams joking around with Neil? Yes...there have been several IG images with fun antics showcasing Neil. Rufus way back when was on tour often took funny shots of people sleeping etc. Family members on occassion have made an IG picture. It seems logical and critical that the band members be a team --treated so that their travel time is as "a unit", entering into other countries or cities together, ensuring rehearsal times, sleep times are consistent for them. If bodyguards got that treatment I would expect ie "the three others" critical to performing, not be relegated to a commercial flight, dependent on delays, etc. Even Adam's trainer Seth flew on the private plane for a whole tour, and Roger's girls occassionally. I imagine they would rent the appropriate size plane for those expected to join even for a few legs of the tour.
