Is anyone else still waiting for their CD ordered from Queen Online? When I check the order, it says "Processed". Like a few of you....still waiting. My email on Sept 30/20 indicated my order "has been dispatched". Patience ....is over rated right! I am most anxious and excited for the CD's of the video. I am not sure if any live performance can top my love of the documentary TSMGO ...just because of the personal comments that interperse the music. However, this compilation of live performances is a real gift -- even if we did have to pay for it! Haha

I am also still waiting. The CD and DVD cost me over $50 in CAD and was ordered the first day possible...sometime back in August I believe...it is labelled processed...and I am still waiting. I will not order from queenonline again. Both Queen and Adam have a damn site more money then I have and the least that can happen by spending twice what was necessary, is that we get on release date or very close to. Frankly, this is ludicrous. I do not understand why fan clubs treat fans worse than big box retailers! Seriously!

I imagine you all will get your Queen Online stuff within the next few days. I had ordered a BluRay and CD and a tshirt in one preorder and it arrived here in sticksville yesterday. Glad I got several BluRay + CD deals from Amazon....a whole lot quicker and much cheaper.

Glad I got several BluRay + CD deals from Amazon....a whole lot quicker and much cheaper. I received my first order from Queen Online a few days ago - CD/DVD and CD/Blu-Ray combos. I ordered twice, because it appeared that the first order I made did not go through. Even called my credit card company, and they assured me the first charge had not/would not go through. However, more than a month after my first order, my credit card was finally charged, and by then I had made another order! Haven't received my second order yet. I know how hard it is to be patient! Won't order from Queen Online again after this snafu about my first order, and in addition, more expensive and longer shipping times. Was just worried about the availability of these items in the States - lesson learned!

The BluRay/CD is 30€ and the CD 17€ here in Germany. The price for the vinyl is going up, not down. It’s similar in the UK. There aren’t enough available at the moment. In your Shipping Mail is stated that shipment to US and Canada takes 10-14 work days. That’s up to 3 weeks. It’s always like that and everyone can read it in their delivery information. www.queenonlinestore.com/delivery/I’ve ordered there several times and everything went really well, no complaints from my site. But I wouldn’t order things from there or from any fanshop, that you can buy in your own country.

I totally agree with your thoughts. It seems to me it should be possible for fan sites to outline how/when AND most importantly IF products are going to be available through different distributors other than fan sites. ( Amazon, Music stores, Target etc.) Now that is a great question to try and ask in a Q&A session. For the amount I paid on the money exchange and shipping cost in British pounds I could have purchased 4 or 5 more units which is better for purchase numbers! In the end, by purchasing in the UK, my purchases did not count in my country or the UK. Crazy/Dumb I need to be more mindful of how and where I purchase in the future.
I too ordered the very day the announcements came out---it was so long ago my memory is hazy, but I think I thought this was my only way of getting some of these packages. I guess in some respects that is true, if you wanted t-shirts etc. but my extra CD sets I could easily have ordered from suppliers in my own country at 1/3 the cost. I plunked down for multiple sets and now I could get them from Amazon ca with free shipping and paying in my own currency versus in British pounds.

The Queen Fanshop always sells their Exclusive stuff as „Exclusive“. The Picture Vinyl, the big picture poster, the hoodie, T-Shirt and later the cassette were exclusives, the rest not. I don’t know, but wasn’t it clear, that the album would be available worldwide? I didn’t order anything but some exclusive stuff from there.
