I didn't order from Queenonline. But my Amazon and Target orders arrived in a matter of days of the release (very good prices too). And my order from that oversees company MusicVaultz arrived a week later so not bad at all. None of the others had as much to offer as Queenonline but I was able to get CD's, Blu-rays, Vinyl and even a stand alone CD from that MusicVaultz place.

I am also still waiting. The CD and DVD cost me over $50 in CAD and was ordered the first day possible...sometime back in August I believe...it is labelled processed...and I am still waiting. I will not order from queenonline again. Both Queen and Adam have a damn site more money then I have and the least that can happen by spending twice what was necessary, is that we get on release date or very close to. Frankly, this is ludicrous. I do not understand why fan clubs treat fans worse than big box retailers! Seriously! AMEN! I am in the same boat. I feel stupid, esp. given the low Amazon prices and the fact I work for Amazon... Never again buying through the club.

I'm confused ... on Amazon it says CD/BluRay but then it says the format is Audio CD ... so does this include a BluRay disk with video or not? I already have the audio from iTunes, don't want to purchase on Amazon if it is only another Audio CD.

Ha. I‘ve waited for the signed „Velvet“ vinyl for more 5 months (March- Mid August). Nothing can top that! And for the other order from Adam’s fanshop for 2 months, although it had said at the time of my order, that everything was in stock... in the end I got that hoodie not even in the size I ordered. I hope, Adam changes that store, or I won’t buy anything from there, unless I‘m ready to wait for a loooong time. A veeeeeery looooooooooong time. 😉

Because they shipped them the first moment they could to let them count for the charts. I'm not sure where the idea came from that orders from Queenonline don't count for the UK charts, but I can guarantee you they did. If they wouldn't they could have shipped them early yes. As they obviously shipped them on the first day to count for the charts I'm betting all those orders from all the fans all over the world helped them to get to #1. That was their strategy all along and probably also the reason why international shops were a bit later with the stuff being available. If international orders didn't count they probably would have closed up the shop for international orders as things were sold out in the first week at some moments. That's partly because of the pre-orders and if they didn't happen they had more available in the first week for UK fans. Shipping costs time. Especially in the current environment with the pandemic going on. You probably should consider that before you order something from the UK. Plus the standard shipping was pretty cheap for the pre-orders (at least for me) and they send it the cheapest way possible because of that. If you wanted it more quickly you could have selected the more expensive delivery service probably. My order came quicker than the mentioned in the email actually. But my country is just next to the UK. I got my emails on Friday and on Tuesday my first shipment came. The other one came on Saturday after. In the email it said 7-10 work days for Europe and I had it in 3 and 5. For the US they said 10-14 work days. If you got it yesterday that is 10 work days. So still pretty quick considering everything going on in the world.

I already have the audio from iTunes, don't want to purchase on Amazon if it is only another Audio CD. There are both available. They sell a bundle, that contains both: the BluRay with the CD. The BluRay alone is not available. The other option is, that you buy just the CD.

For the amount I paid on the money exchange and shipping cost in British pounds I could have purchased 4 or 5 more units which is better for purchase numbers! In the end, by purchasing in the UK, my purchases did not count in my country or the UK. Crazy/Dumb I need to be more mindful of how and where I purchase in the future.
I think that every purchase from the UK did help towards the UK numbers to get them to #1. ETA skaschep posted the same above, and I'm sure she knows..

I mean, I‘m not sure, but The QueenOnline Shop didn’t let buyers from outside of the UK buy their signed CD/cassette bundles (which account for 2000 sales on the whole). Also, they didn’t link to the Queen Shop after the first day of presales any longer. They also opened the prize of the online Meet&Greet with Adam for UK fans only.
