Hi, love this head picture! Love this outfit best out of all the new ones we got in the EU/UK leg of the tour. Whenever I feel a little drained I rewatch some of performances from the tour and feel that energy. I hope Brian is only pondering stuff and not feeling bad. Its good they have a nice break btw UK and Oceania.

As we laid our grandpa to rest today and many tears were cried there is still so much to be grateful for. He kept his humor until the very end and was lucky to recognize everyone until the end. He will be deeply missed. I want to thank him for showing me how a tree is felled, wood is made, bees are kept and honey is won. For giving us the freedom to let us hammer the most crooked nail into the filthiest piece of wood to our hearts desire. On Saturday my brother and I shared beautiful quite time with him and goodbye, before he passed on Monday. I'm am very grateful for this. Even on this day I can‘t help but feel overcome by the love of our family coming together. My brothers girlfriend making a huge effort to be here and us picking up my uncles boyfriend from the train station and taking him with us. Like you before I'm grateful for my family and friends, for my health, that I can walk, talk and think for myself. I'm grateful for Adam and the things he has moved in my life, his inspiration. I'm thankful for this forum of kind-hearted people, who give me, a young person, hope and faith in humanity with their dignity and manner of respect. I was moved by heartfelt stories before mine...thank you! Big huggs to all of you So sorry for your loss marionm I am grateful for Adam just being who he is and bringing us all together here. And I'm grateful that the first atoper we've met turned to be you marionmHere is to meeting someday again on the next Adam solo tour

In my humble opinion, after reading and seeing all those interviews with Freddie, he loved talented and unique singers. He cried when he saw Montserrat Caballé sing and was such a fan that he wrote songs for her. He was so happy when she took time off her busy opera career and did a whole project with him. I often think that had Freddie still been with us and still in the music business, he would have continued writing songs for other talented people. I do agree with Brian that Freddie would have loved Adam. I think he would have wrote songs for Adam and other singers as talented as Adam He did that for Montserrat after all Freddie said somewhere that he would have created music for the rest of his life . Back to Adam: That Idol WATC video ...as long as I live I will remember this moment I first saw Adam *blown away* . Most of the great singers I love retired or weren't around anymore by the time I grew up so I could not see them in concert. Since it's Thanksgiving - I am grateful for Adam. To feel that magic in my life that so many people felt before me when they had the privilege of seeing Freddie or Elvis or Luciano or Enrico ... any other great talent live

Red alert: I am new to this board (I don't usually "do" fandom forums but I'm making an exception), but we are being completely outnumbered on the QueenZone forums! Nobody there says that Adam is a rockstar and anyone defending him is being completely shunned by domineering Queenazis who hate Adam! I urge anyone here to make an account and help prove our point! It is free and very easy to write over there. It is completely unfair!! Hi, alfanforever! Back in 2008 when Queen were touring with Paul Rogers I was considering whether to go and see them, since it was the only option at that time to see the remaining members of the band live. I was afraid that Brian & Roger would retire or do only solo projects etc. I was reading the Queen forums a lot. The way they criticized that collaboration seemed so unfair to me that I even registred and posted a few times. My dad is a Queen/Freddie fan so he has every interview/documentary etc he could get his hands on anywhere and I've seen and read all of my dads huge collection. I stopped posting and deleted my account there after those trolls (cause that is who some of them truly are) disagreed with their "beloved" Freddie. I quoted Freddie many times and they still criticized, blatantly ignoring even what Freddie himself said . Most of them try very very hard to forget Freddie's " Barcelona" album for example. They still can't except that Freddie loved opera and wrote songs for an opera singer cause that was another collaboration I defended. PS One of my dad's favourite songs are "Barcelona" and he was thrilled in 1988 when that album was released. Real fans who understood Freddie they accepted all of him. Since 2008 I didn't post on Queen forums but I can imagine the heat Adam gets. Funny part is someone posted somewhere that many of them now defend Paul Rogers I don't even bother to check anymore. So yeah, bitter, bitter, trolls...

I've ripped it from the YouTube in several resolutions. Will take a day or 2 or 3 to get it uploaded and transferred to devenlane's site. I agree that this is an exceptionally good concert video. I've been watching on and off all day, too, when I get a chance. And yes, that high note in Under Pressure is a moment to behold! It just came out of nowhere! The urge just must have hit him and he went for it, full and glorious and perfect. And along those lines, I just have to say that I think that Adam has reached a new peak during this tour. How can that be? How can be improve on perfection? Even Bonnie McKee says he's the best singer she's ever worked with, and that's saying something! But isn't there a richness and that's even richer now? A tone that's even more precise and nuanced? I think it's true. He is smooth as silk, yet he has that sexy rock edge, that amazing depth that has both grit and velvet. I don't think it's just my imagination! Hi girldrummer! I felt a change during the QAL summer festival tour last year. The 2015 QAL was so wonderful that I thought at that time that nothing would top it. Then we had that amazing TOH tour. Yet at Rock in Lisbon and the incredible Isle of Wight Adam surprized me again. He keeps working on expanding his range. His lower notes got rounded (if its the right word to say) and he has more power in the lower register now. The high notes are more polished as if they needed even more polishing . I'm glad QAL did new arrangement for STL, included Bicycle Race (which sounds like a part of an operetta) and we get the grit in GDML. To be able to sing different types of songs in a single concert, each requiring a different approach...I don't know any singer alive beside Adam who can do this at this level. And somehow he gets better at it ...I've heard opera singers sing pop and rock songs yet they sounded like an opera singer doing a pop song. The way he sang WWTLF in Denver last summer left me speechless To go from that very gentle begining to those powerful notes so efortless, its what stunned me in Mad World back in 2009. One of the things I love about Adam as a person is that he doen't stop working on improving himself, that he strives to be better. I mean he could have easily kept singing the way he did in 2012, didn't have to bother to learn more, to work more on his gift from nature, yet he doesn't stop. It shows me that other people can do this to but they simply don't apply themelves. How does that saying goes... "Practice makes perfect" PS cassie I adore reading your posts

Hi metislight! I just read both of your wonderful posts, thank you! You have such an interesting roots and background in music and theater! And your concert experiences are so “familiar” to many of us here, especially the inability to take your eyes off Adam and the feeling he looked at you and you only... thank you you for sharing and please keep posting! p.s. I noticed you are from Moldova. my uncle used to live in Kishinev for many years...and although I’ve never visited I still feel some internal connection to the place... Hi nica575 ! I do wonder how many fans Adam has in our country. Shelley said that she met one glambert once at a concert who thought she was the only fan one from our country
