Hey, talon! I didn't want you to be left wondering why nobody responded to your post way back there on page 1 (selfishly, I'm hoping you stick around and keep posting). Adam's fans did a lot of purchasing of the official Queen+Adam merch yesterday. One thing about Adam's fans is that they're incredibly appreciative and loyal to those industry people who are loyal and supportive to Adam. Brian and Roger certainly have been and continue to be that, maybe more than anyone else so far. You can be assured that Brian and Roger have been permanently adopted by Adam fans and the guys will be supported in ALL their future projects, whether directly Adam-related or not. Right now I'm making a daily check-in with the Guitar World Greatest Guitarist of All Time poll that Brian gave a heads up to on his blog a week or so ago. Brian won his second round match-up against Jeff Beck. His next (third round) match-up is with George Harrison, but won't be until they complete all the second round match-ups. Hopefully I won't miss it the day it comes up, as each match-up only lasts one day. Maybe if you, or anyone else, keeps checking it too, we can jump on it for Brian when his name comes back around again. Thanks jazz - so far I'm still coming daily...just know you guys are starting to look ahead so I'll probably keep lurking and posting when I have appropriate things to bring over  I will definitely pass the link along! And maybe what will get me to stay is I will pass along youtube clips in the Queen thread - maybe take some requests on what you want to hear about..hmmm that could keep me around for a bit :D I DO wish Adam well and I am keeping taps on him so far on what he's doing...Im just not a singles buyer. But I'm glad to see him doing well overall :D |

Have to say that I have only been there once, at the behest of a Chicago relative. Didn't do anything for me - just not a junk food junkie : But given their social views, I now have absolutely no reason to try it again. The one power I have as a non-corporate citizen is where and how I spend my money - and Adam is getting most of it these days |

Seoulmate, I had an aisle seat on the far stage right. Anyone further right than me would have been in the ladies room! . I'm sorry to report that, no, I could not see it when Adam and Brian exited the stage. :( I'm so glad that there were videos that captured the moment. eta. And may I say that I still apparently don't know right from left? or stage from house, or something like that! I was on the side that couldn't see it. |
