Actually, I was really surprised by her reaction, had to listen to it a few times to come to my own conclusion Didn't like the short laugh..I think it might be that GAY thing, AGAIN! Has she even met Adam? Well it's an interview with a gay website/media group. I didn't know quite what to think of it either, but I'm not gonna assume it's anything but an acknowledgement that he's a fine, fly, fierce b*tch and a fashionista ;D . He just tweeted in support of her new album. I like your approach. It can mean what I interpret it to mean. And I think it means he's the fiercest one of all. |

You've got to wonder why these kids do songs that Adam has done... Altho I know no one owns a song and at least Paul did his own version. Do they really believe they will sing it better? I don't even mean that from a Stan view point, just a fact of singing. I don't believe for a second no one told Paul that Adam had done it prior! Other contestants knew it. Song choices are already pretty limited and if they didn't sing songs that had already been sung (over ten seasons) the field would be even smaller. I'm sure Paul knew about Adam's rendition since people were tweeting him to tell James either to sing it or NOT to sing it. I don't like when contestants claim ignorance about how Idol works... what made you audition if you had no clue what the show was about? :  |

I agree that as a "life rule" it is best and easiest not to take offense if it's not meant. And in this instance, I can't tell what she means.
To me, because "diva" is applied to women 99% of the time, and not men - I wish people would not use it to describe Adam. Was David Bowie labelled "diva"? Or Freddie Mercury? Or Michael Jackson? I don't think so, so why is Adam?
I'm such a "Debbie Downer"! I don't mean to be. I just think "diva" Adam, #1 on the Guyliner List Adam, is easier for SOME people to dismiss, discount. But, what are you gonna do? I always think these things are part of the "lies and contradictions" that Adam lives with everyday - and he does it very, very beautifully. He assumes the best in people until and unless he's proven very wrong, and he never acts bitter.
I googled "Jennifer Hudson and gay community" for the hell of it. Interesting and unclear.

It was fairly alarming to me that there were so very, very few pictures I either hadn't seen before or at least seen one from the same series or event. same here... may be 8 ..among them - the one I am quite sure is a photoshop (in bed with Tommy), and the one that was pulled off before I saw it - signing Danielle's behind. Plus a few from M&Gs that I usually skip... He is such a wonderful canvas - a million looks of AFL! and so many to come! We got ourselves a real treasure to follow!  The one at :50 is from the M&G at Rockford. It was the weirdest location. It was outside, behind the stage, and against a wall of a building where there was an outdoor bar on the 2nd floor. So you had your M&G with people leaning over the balcony to watch and take pictures. You can see someone's arm w/a camera in that pic on the upper right. The woman who is walking away from Adam was the person who had her M&G right after me. |
