I take Adam's tweet as a promotional push to remind people to buy Aftermath Remix from AO.com -- no indication that he is concerned about it not selling. I just think that this cause is important to him.

Chris Brown has not committed an act of violence on live television though. Not that what he has done is right but there is a very clear difference between what has been broadcast to millions of viewers and what took place in the privacy of a car (or dressing room). I agree that ABC are hypocritical assholes for cancelling Adam and then welcoming someone like CB with open arms but the situations are completely different IMO. Would it be wrong of GMA/ABC to have Mel Gibson on to promote his next film? He's a known racist and woman beater. How about Sean Connery? Again, abusive to women. How about Paris Hilton? She's been arrested several times for drugs and her DUI. Where and when does the line get drawn as to who we deem appropriate and who gets to decide? I am still reading the thread but wanted to comment on this. I am certain few will agree with me but..... I do not want network executives restricting who can be on TV based upon their moral view. Viewers should vote on things like CB with their remote controls. I also do not see what CB had to do with Adam, and I never have gotten it. Specifically regarding Adam and ABC..... Adam admitted he improvised part of his performance so we know that some parts were not in the rehearsal and not cleared by the ABC exec and lawyers. So I actually understand why Disney/ABC could have a valid issue with Adam but IMO their response should have been because a substantial portion of the performance was not reviewed and approved -- and for no other reason. They foolishly did not have the guts to specifically say the kiss was OK. And they never releases the rehearsal tapes because they really were not concerned about the fact that the performance content was changed, IMO they just wanted to avoid a major battle with the FCC and Christian Right. So IMO Adam and ABC were both wrong. CB should be shunned by viewers (but will not be). But -- over a year later -- Adam is a bigger star because of the AMAs than he would be without them so I think it is time to move on. Like the ninja roll, he tripped, he improvise and came up singing. It was an accident, but a good accident. It made him a bit infamous, a bit less Idol-sanitized. It helped him gain some cred. And with the baggage of musical theater+Idol, in 11/09 he needed all the cred he could get -- particularly within the gay community. But, but, but, this is ignoring the fact that Chris Brown, a man known for violence, went "all Chris Brown" on poperty of ABC because he didn't like a question. Thiss is what happened now, this week. Yet, ABC, not only doesn't charge him or cancel him, but invites him back. It completely shows the screwed up way of ABC's exec's thinking.

What does this mean? ??? OhFerras Ferras AlQaisi I'm joshua tree. Hunny, u tahoe. Via @adamlambert. I mean. 1 hour ago Replying to this cuz it's obviously THE most important question of the day, LOL. My take on it is that Adam and Ferras were hanging out and Ferras was quoting Adam. And since they're guys, ya know, they were talking about sex and their own relative desirability to others. In terms of tourist destinations and natural attractions in California, Joshua Tree National Park is considered pretty exotic and not for the faint of heart, in terms of intense weather, terrain, out-of-the-way location, etc. Whereas Lake Tahoe is a pretty "easy" destination-- lots of bars and cheap attractions. Everybody's "done" Tahoe (Ferras), ya know? Joshua Tree (Adam) is more for adventurers and those who want a more ~intense experience... Alrighty then, I feel like this was time well spent! : ;D

Joshua tree is a "poor man's" national park experience. Camping in the desert. Where as Tahoe is beautiful, upscale, and expensive!! :D
