Yes, gelly, and she pays to have that Wire Image account so she should always be mentioned. (You know, I think MJ has a Wire Image acount though, too. She has quite a few posted this morning, so they could have come from MJ's.) I dont think mys*&@^#r that she got them from MJ. When ninni posted the pics MJ didnt have them on her site. And I know from many other times that ninni has pics that no one else has. |

For some reason when I use that mediabase link for Q102 requests it never accepts my captcha. Here's the link I've been using for 8 at 8 multi-voting: www.q102.com/pages/interactive8.htmlalso those on twitter a lot who want to be reminded to vote regularly, follow squiggles621 as she is doing a good job as a PIA. I'm doing the once a day local request, Z100 and Sirius too, but as far as I know Q102 is the only US terrestrial station that is playing Aftermath now, is that correct? |

No one owns Adam's pictures that they haven't taken no matter how many symbols or names you put on them. Adam's image is copyrighted. Even if you take a picture of Adam, it may be yours, but you have certain restrictions on distribution. In other words, those are not her pictures and she has no right to reprimand others. I'm pretty sure they are from Wire Image and you have to have an account, to get them. Doesn't that authorize her to use them? And, then others are stealing them? Ahhh, I have no idea! I need to get back to the 8 at 8 poll! If she has paid for use of the image then I'm guessing she has distribution rights - of sorts. But why should she be credited instead of Wire Image? Not sure. Only know the basics of copyrights. But she certainly doesn't own those images. edit: And surprise, surprise, that is the drawback of having a blog on the internet. Does she have advertising on her site? Do Adam pix give her hits? Don't know. But I'm kinda feeling "cry me a river". |

From the looks of it, People Mag didn't mention Jake Shears and even cut him out of the picture. Say, what? That's not right. Was there more that we're not seeing?

It does that to me, too, on one of my computers. I change the cookies and everything and it won't take it. However, on my laptop, no problem at all! And the cookies settings on my laptop are identical to the cookie settings on my desktop! OK, who's a computer geek, here who can explain this to us? Yes! Pretty sure that is correct! Only know the basics of copyrights. I think there is a certain politeness in acknowledging where you got something from- which I think we mostly do here. I've seen us post a picture with a note that says something like- "this one's my favorite, but ninni has more at www......." Personally, I think its nice to give credit to someone who did the leg work to get the pictures so that they are easier for the rest of us to access. |
