Just checking...........I ordered GNT DVD/CD the first day it was offered on AO, and felt the order was completed, Since then, however, no confirmation, no email, no advice of date of mailing, but the purchase has gone through my credit card. I live in Western Canada , Calgary area. Do we know when the Canadian mailing will take place ? Or, how do I proceed to track this. Thanks, everyone. I think it's strange that you received NO confirmation email. Without that, you don't have an order number to click on and get tracking info. However, they seem to make mistakes - they sent me a confirmation and it linked to tracking information for U.S. Postal Service - but using the link there was no information there. I then copied the tracking number, went on to UPS and low and behold it found my pkg. However, the package was sent by ground, the slowest method and it took over a week to get to me - it arrived today (in Calif.). I would try to contact someone through AO or My Play Direct and see if you can at least get your order number. At least through your credit card company, you can dispute it if it doesn't arrive. I would give it maybe another week at most. |

Between a kid with strep, drop dead work deadlines, and an out-of-town family event I am SOOOOOOO far behind!!

I paid with my Debt.. never got an email.. (when I paid for the acoustic with paypal I never got an email either)
With the acoustic order I panicked and sent a inquiry about my order.. was sent an order #... with the DVD order.. never got around to sending an inquiry and the package arrived unannounced.
So I would send an inquiry.. they charged your credit card so there is a record somewhere.

It's pretty cool that Adam gets to take Sauli to Gaga, prob VIP style. You know they'll go back stage & meet her and the S&S crew. Too cute! At least I assume all that! : ) wonder if Katri (sp) will be included....more than likely. No grief from the no-Tommy fans, but I smile when I think how when Tommy was invited to join the band, his whole life changed in an instant. He got to do things, see things, meet people he probably never dreamed of. It's kind of the same for Sauli, and I think that is so cool. I have been in the same situation for the last 9 years and there are days I have to stop and think, "Is this really my life?" And I think it as much fun for the - don't know the word to use, but the person responsible for the opportunities, Adam in the case of Tommy and Sauli, my husband in my case, to be able to do it. It's like a parent taking a child to Disney World for the first time and the thrill is from the child's reaction more than from the park itself. Sappy, but my take on the unexpected yet exciting possibilities of life. |
