JazzRocks, I was wondering - the DJ said he hated it in response to your question what did he think of it, right? Maybe that doesn't mean he won't play it, but simply that he doesn't like the song. Maybe if you responded that you really like it and would like to hear it, he would play it anyway. I would imagine he plays tons of stuff that he "hates".
Just a thought.

Jazzrocks, I find your convo wih the DJ interesting. Did he elaborate on what he didn't like about it? Is he playing Gaga's copycat song, "Born This Way?" Or Britney's song that had the same remix producer as Aftermath? Statements like he made are what "gets" to me about PDs and DJs. I don't know how he could play the 2 songs I mentioned and then say he hates Aftermath. PDs just have way too much power (I know, preaching to the choir here!)

RL: Geesh, fiannly home & released by dd from time out!!  Luv all the pics! Gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling to see A & S together again. Hmmm. Pouch necklace gone? Maybe it is a spiritual way to keep Sauli near him when they are apart. Related to GNAFL and how he affects us. {well, errmm besides THAT way!} :-[ Took my ipod with me on trip. Not very fond of flying, so it really came in handy. Used to clench my fists during bumpy ride, but now I crank up the volume, close my eyes, and get lost in his voice. I have been in a suite for a sports events. They are usually privately owned, so never paid a penny. Thing is, they are not a great place to be ..... high up and you really don't feel like you are part of it. But the free flowing food and alcohol makes it all worth it....
