sina.com is a national news outlet not some gossip site, which operated by the government and owns weibo. In a nutshell, sina.com reached out to Adam's management and per his rep, Adam is expected to do some special guest judging duty, when asked if Adam would also perform, his rep said it could not be revealed at this moment but expect a wonderful surprise at finale from Adam. They also called him a music prodigy and a "rock god", and raved about his voice and stage presence.  Thank you for your translation and summary. As for that big "surprise", I'm sure it's him singing Trespassing, but if they really want to delight/surprise the possible hundreds of millions of Chinese viewers, these are the scenarios would do: a) after performing his new single, Adam could do a simple duet (not a whole song just a couple of lines) with the female judge who is the queen of Chinese Pop music, in Chinese. Yea, Chinese love foreigners singing their tunes! b) Since Adam is gonna look like a giant next to those judges, it would only be appropriate to bring out the former Houston Rocket, Yao Ming, who lives in Shanghai now, a hometown boy and beloved national sports hero, as Adam's interpreter on the show. Now, that's TV gold!

Hey , do you guys know if Adam is gonna sing more than one song for the Marriage Equality event ?? I mean he *HAS* to sing "Outlaws Of Love" . I mean , he just *HAS* to . It would be perfect , eh ? but , if he's just gonna sing one song , I think he better promote his single Trespassing , you know :D
