I heard he sang both Cuckoo AND Trespassing on PLL... Or maybe I dreamed it... ??? yeah, he sang both songs. But the trailer only has Cuckoo. The setting of the story is also on a crazy train, and it's about a crazy party. Cuckoo fits PLL like a glove. I don't know in what context Trespassing is in, if viewers will talk more about Cuckoo or Trespassing after watching the movie. They will talk about Adam, which I think should be the goal. I have a friend here in Spain who loves PLL, and the other day she asked me: "Who's that Adam Lambert you always talk about on Twitter?" Let's see if after that chapter I can make a Glambert out of her too. :4OMG:

Good grief - in the time it took for me to post, a bunch of folks said something similar! Aw, did you delete your post? I was going to reply and agree with it - lol! I'm always a little taken back when another artist (Kesha, Bruno, Gaga, etc...) releases a new song and there are so many angry posts that seem to follow. Yes, radio has been frustrating this era for Adam I'll admit that, but resenting other artists because of it? I don't know. One of the things I love about Adam is that he doesn't seem to worry so much about being in a competition. His joy and excitement is so refreshing and I love seeing him gush over music even if I sometimes disagree. Personally, I think Bruno is exceptionally talented and I like a lot of his music. This new song is not a favorite TBH but if others like it and it's a hit, well good for him. I don't think it will have any impact on how Trespassing is received and if it is a hit or not.

AND I wonder if BRuno had release NCOE, would I'm sure radio would have played the shit out of it and radio would have welcomed this song w open arms. I'm just annoyed because I see the a cold breeze again coming in for TP... Ummmm Trespassing has not even gone for playlist adds yet. This will be a long process but I think Trespassing has a great shot. 1. Trespassing is being "tested" by many stations -- my putting it in song battles. Most PDs know what Adam has a lot of fans who will make it win and look at the votes against the song -- which are almost non-existent. This is great. 2. Trespassing needs to get added to playlists -- and it appears they are pushing it to Hot AC first. They have some early adders who the RCA promo team will use to convince other stations that adding Trespassing is a good idea. They will use testimonials from PDs at stations that added Trespassing. >> For this song, it could take several weeks to be broadly added in HAC and move up the airplay chart. 3. Once Trespassing is on a station's playlist, a DJ can play it. This is when requests really matter. 4. If RCA follows the most typical path, they will move Trespassing up to the Top 15 or 20 on HAC, then start to push to CHR/Top 40 hits stations calling it a hit. >> RCA needs proof this song is a hit to get it on "hits" radio. Hot AC is the Pop radio that is most open to Adam Lambert. WWFM was an Hot AC monster hit -- almost #1. IF ALL GOES REALLY WELL -- Trespassing will be a hit by December. If it is a typical track, it will take 5 to 7 months. This is not just Adam, it is the average for all hit radio songs. How to help Adam1. Be in it for the long run. It will probably take a long time. Encourage other fans to have patience and stick with it. . 2. Focus your effort. My recommendation is to focus on Hot AC radio in the US. Pick a station near you from the list on page 1. Send in a MediaBase request. >> Also request from your Top 40 station IF your local Top 40 station adds Trespassing OR you live in a market like Philly where the Top 40 station is an early adder for Adam singles -- like Q102. 3. Promote contests: Check the station's website for how they want requests for NEW songs. Often there is an evening request show -- like U-Mix-It or Top9@9. Post contest info here when it is time to vote and tweet info. 4. Be positive when you are posting and Tweeting. Promote the song. "I don't need no sympathy. I won't cry and whine. Life's my light and liberty And I'll shine when I wanna shine."

OK now I'm really angry.. I am listening to such crap on a number of my local stations... Trespassing is so superior... There has to be some type of campaign.. thinking cap. Oh no Radio is not putting BB in the corner. My local radio DJ told me the same thing when I was requesting BTIKM and NCOE. So far I have not even requested Trespassing. He said Adam would have to have spins at larger markets before he would be played locally. It is totally frustrating! >:( >:(

Do we know when the next SNL "request" day is? Is there a way to find out? I feel that the day it was announced we (as in fandom) did not make a concentrated effort...may be I am wrong but I watched the feed and it was not there... I hope next time, which should be soon (for October) it is crucial to spam SNL with requests. At the very least it'll make us feel we tried to do something... Still secret. They do not want organized fan action. Fat chance!

Thank you, Q3!!! That's what I was really asking for. I have no idea how this biz works, and seeing it explained like that (with how much time it should take and everything) cleared everything up for me.

Let´s do that!!!! They ask in Twitter, I think. But maybe they accept phone calls too, and that would be more effective. Let's think about it. We should try when the single is officially out. It may work to dedicate it to someone, like: "I would like for you to play this song for my friend Dyg; it's her birthday", or whatever. lol I've listened to that radio show before (Cadena 100 is the only radio I listen to often), but I wanna listen to it again to see how it works. I'll tune in tonight. I will too. Let´s listen to them while the single is out, to see what is the best strategy to follow

You can see from The Voice how challenging the music industry is... you can see aspirants who already had a modicum of success, more than what Adam had before his Idol stint... now struggling to create something for themselves through The Voice...
Well life is the same...
Even when you've become successful you need to constantly reinvent yourself to replicate your successes ...

It would be huge for Adam if he could perform on SNL. Adam would be all....
