gelly, I so agree. adam knows how to dress for the occasion and imo he looked just right for a series of intimate acoustic concerts. besides, I LOVE him in jeans, tee, jacket and boots. not pukey to me!

This discussion is now closed. Nica wrote Is this an irony of the song? Because I happen to love the song and many others feel the same way. How do we know that Adam too, decided for this first single, thinking it was the best introduction , a sort of "connection" between the old and the new album, even if it doesn't really show the new album? We DON'T KNOW. And what about this "pukie dark olive and declared his newfound "plainness? I don't get it. I really don't. Are you implying that Adam "pretended to be something he's not, so that the audiences in the radio stations will love him?" Dark olive is / was/ a huge fashion trend. All his clothes that he was wearing at the radio promo shows were the best one FOR THE OCCASION. Besides that, I don't remember Adam EVER going to radio stations wearing feathers and crystals and diamonds and glitter. In fact he was more well dressed than 2 years ago when he was going to the radio stations for interviews with flip flops and a t - shirt and simple jeans . And btw , about the green trend , he said in "10 things that I'm obsessed with" that's he was obsessed with the color green at that time . so , I think he was wearing the things he liked , he's an Aquarius , he likes to change his looks radically , it's his thing .

By the way, I love BTIKM. Had to say it. I love NCOE and like BTIKM quite a lot. Nica I think it would be a huge leap however to assume that Adam shares your opinions. Also while some fans do, some fans definitely don't.

Hey ... considering where Nica is and what she's facing right now, maybe we could cut her a little slack for being exceptionally plain-spoken. Just an idea. #Sandy #Woo that's cruel. We're just having a discussion here. This is not the first time Nica has been so outspoken about her feelings about the singles and RCA. However since the situation is serious I think I will sign out . Peace out. See ya.

:D my point is that Adam 100% supported any and every decision his label made, weather he agreed with it or not, the latter, as was pointed out correctly we don't know, but we can guess from his various interviews. I have a problem with the implications that the album is somehow less than superb based on the sales performance in the US and the fact that Adam was given substantial amount of control somehow impacted the said performance... IMO, the responsibility for the current state of affairs should be placed on RCA's shoulders. They failed to properly position and promote their own substantial investment (as was pointed out as well). -Adam delivered a brilliant product. [/IMG] -Adam supported, represented, and promoted the product and continues to do so in an utmost brilliant manner. [/IMG] -The results SO FAR of the RCA portion of the end game are far from brilliant. [/IMG] ETA: PEOPLE!!! I am oK! Thank you for cutting the slack due to Sandy! Seriously! I love a lively discussion ;D - spent most of my pro life in the welcoming, warm and fuzzy world of large corporate management... ;D
