Kinda off topic, but sort of related, I saw Alanis (up next) in concert last week and she changed the lyrics in her song "Ironic"--"It's like ten thousand spoons when all you need is a knife. It's meeting the man of my dreams, and then meeting his beautiful . . . (pause) husband"--and got huge applause.Love it! ROTFLMAO!! |

I also thought the sound checking may not have happened. Balance with back up singers seemed off. They were too loud in many places or perhaps it was just that there was some jaggedness in their voices. Perhaps they haven't quite blended yet. I couldn't hear all that much to know if there was a balance problem--pretty garbled for me. |
