I didn't read it as he was upset with the record label at all. I thought he meant to say "Teall my record label to connect me with Gaga. Cooperating with her was fun and we could have made a great single this time"

OT, but when I hear someone say that being LGBT isn't "natural" even if it's "normal"... OMG. It pisses me off. And these are very open-minded people who don't care about sexual preference, but I was the only one (out of 8 people) who said I found it completely normal AND natural. Seriously, so as a woman the only natural use for my body is being an incubator for a baby? What if (God forbid, I haven't even tried yet) I can't have children? Then I'm not natural? Agh. (Rant is over. Sorry, I had to vent.) Actually, I have read some research/theories that not only is it natural, but it serves a purpose in terms of survival of the species. I don't remember the details, but I think it had something to do with providing additional support/protection/nurturing for the children.... having doting aunts and uncles as it were. Anyone else familiar with this?

I'm sure he's not the only artist who is disgruntled with their label.. Problem with Adam is his contract... RCA can call it quits any time they choose to,Adam can't.Katy Perry and others were able to change labels.. I haven't seen any AI artist who has benefitted from leaving the label. Most have been dropped by RCA - not by their choice, even tho they all say that they have just decided to part ways - a nice way of not saying they were dropped on their butts. You can count on one hand the number of Idols who are still with their original label. And all who have separated have had mediocre, if any, success since then. Having the backing of a major label, even tho they don't do the job we and the artist think they should, is much better than no label at all, or a small, weak one. Katie Perry and others, not AI, are a different story, IMO.
Lee Dwyze is appearing here (small venue) - or maybe it was cancelled because of storm. But there was a pretty long interview in our paper by (for those that remember!) the inimitable John Moser. He (Lee) put a spin on the label drop and the lack of success with his first album. He had to of course. He is now "making the music he wants to make" and will have a new album out "soon". He also said the label dropping him was a complete surprise. He had no idea it was about to happen.

Anyone else familiar with this? Well, my answer to what they said was that there are animals who engage in homosexual behaviour. And the animal world can't be anything else than natural. Their answer to that was even more horrible: "That's just vice. The fact is that the anus is an exit door, not an entrance door." That just pissed me off even more, so in the end I said: "Well, you're not going to convince me and I'm not going to convince you. I won't agree with you on this. For me, it's all very natural." And I left it at that. I would be interested in reading those theories you mentioned. I will look for them.

I hope everything is ok with Adam and the label. He has always been the ultimate team player. But in the past two months he has been a bit more vocal about his frustration.
