I really can't see hoards of Nick's teenage fans running to see Le Miz.I guess I owe Nick an apology .. he is past the couch stage!! : OUR Adam would never stoop to that  at the thought It pains me deeply to say anything that could be taken as a defense of a Jonas Bros. (really, really it does) But feel that, in all fairness, someone should point out that Nick Jonas started out as a kid working Broadway and played the role of Gavroche for sometime. Apparently, he'd wanted to play Marius for a long time. Anyway, I saw him in the West End production and thought he wasn't bad at all. (My expectations may have been little low.) Certainly not the powerhouse that the famous Marius' are but not an outrage to the senses, IMO. (Some outstanding performers did not sound great in the 25th anniv special. But it was touching event for those who've seen a lot of the casts come and go.) In MY defense, Lez Miz is the most notable exception in my general loathing for modern musical theater. When I was a young one in London (working), running around to see amazing bands, I also secretly had my fav box seat at The Palace theater to see LM about once a month. (it was relatively cheap and almost always available during week as it theoretically had an obstructed view. Pfft.) Mika, I feel your pain!!!! The obstructed views - hah - when I was in London, I saw Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, one of my all time favorite movies and now live show. I bought obstructed view tickets, cheap and inched my way up. Brazen little brat that I am. By the way, straight guys with boas filled the show and they had the best time. |

oh my... for those of us with a fetish for the lip licking *or is that just me?* that's mesmerizing It's very cute, but I can't help thinking about how chapped his lips would be if he really licked them that much! The lip licking picture reminds me of the adorable picture of him in the swimming pool when he was a baby. (not ninja enough to pull it up)  Adamrocks Great story. What a random encounter with another Adam fan. I was at a baby shower the other day with lots of other women and wondered if there was a fan among them. I should have worn my infinity necklace and mingled like crazy or something like that. LOL. |

So 4000 more for GOLD right?? 21+K in 2 weeks! Sounds good to me! JazzRocks, gold for DVD is 50,000. UNITED STATES Gold: 50,000 Platinum: 100,000 Why are there always 2 different figures for this? I have seen 25,000 for Gold and that is even what Wiki has it listed as. |

Hurrumph. Can I mourn the loss of THREE pop categories?? >:( Adam probably wouldn't have gotten a nomination based on this new setup. :-/  Hmmm, so they basically combined the male and female Pop. There are so few, true male pop stars, right now, I'm not surprised. It doesn't seem right though, to compare the male and female performances, to me. |

The five noms for "Best Male Pop Vocal" and the five noms for "Best Female Pop Vocal" have been combined into one "Best Pop Solo Performance" category. WWFM would have been kicked off by Gaga's Bad Romance at the very least. |
