JazzRocks, gold for DVD is 50,000. UNITED STATES Gold: 50,000 Platinum: 100,000 Why are there always 2 different figures for this? I have seen 25,000 for Gold and that is even what Wiki has it listed as.I only remember from the conversation IndyBeck71 had with RCA ED way back on March 17. She wrote: "I ask this for RIAA certification purposes. I had visions of a Adam being able to hopefully achieve gold on the DVD/CD, since if registered as a DVD the threshold is 50K (as opposed to 500K for a CD)." www.adamofficial.com/us/node/1957854 ??? ETA: Just saw HoppersSkippersMiners's post up thread, thanks!!

ETA: Nick wanted to do theater because that is where he got his roots. He was on Broadway as a child. Don't remember which shows. I can tell you when school is out if you are interested. LOL Yes - please let us know when you have the chance. Thx! Hi! Nick Jonas was in a number of Broadway plays. From his wiki page: "Jonas's career started when he was discovered at the age of 6 in a barber shop while his mother was getting her hair cut and was referred to a professional show business manager.[15][16] At the age of 7, he began performing on Broadway.[17][18] He had acted in several plays, including A Christmas Carol (in 2000 as Tiny Tim and Scrooge at eight), Annie Get Your Gun (in 2001 as Little Jake), Beauty and the Beast (in 2002 as Chip), and Les Misérables (in 2003 as Gavroche).[18][19][20][21] After Les Misérables closed, he performed in The Sound of Music (as Kurt) at the Paper Mill Playhouse.[22]" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nick_JonasHope this helps!

Why do you say that? Adam's category is still there? The five noms for "Best Male Pop Vocal" and the five noms for "Best Female Pop Vocal" have been combined into one "Best Pop Solo Performance" category. WWFM would have been kicked off by Gaga's Bad Romance at the very least. I edited my original post. I noticed the 2 columns right after I posted. Thanks!

Had to go and YT Nick Jonas singing Le Miz. Hmmm. It was not bad. Not painful. He has a better voice than I gave him credit for. www.youtube.com/watch?v=dYToP5ZfydECould I go as far as to say it is good? No. That song should have such tenderness building to such power, and should be filled with pain and angst. But the guy didn't humiliate himself. This is how it should be sung: www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJnjcX8skXk&feature=relatedHow is this related to Adam? Well, it is proof that his idea that if he got some recognition on Idol he might get a Broadway role was a valid one. Also proof that Adam could be on Broadway now, if he chose. Finally, it provides a great contrast to Adam singing musical theater: Is Anybody Listening, CTMBTM, My Conviction, and, of course, the incredible Heaven on their Minds.

The lip licking picture reminds me of the adorable picture of him in the swimming pool when he was a baby. (not ninja enough to pull it up) Adamrocks Great story. What a random encounter with another Adam fan. I was at a baby shower the other day with lots of other women and wondered if there was a fan among them. I should have worn my infinity necklace and mingled like crazy or something like that. LOL. Here you go.. adamrocks I absolutely loved your story THANKS, GELLY! I LOVE THAT POOL PIC.
