I really don't understand why the youtubes are pulled down. Isn't it free promotion? Wouldn't you want them out there? All those people who watched on TV and were in the arena may want to see the performance more then once.

This is exctly the time period it would be getting the most views! But the one he posted that got taken down wasn't the official video. The official video hasn't been posted yet. How do they know it's a billion? Well hits to their official site might be part of it and Adam's portion is available there on the 2nd hour. When they can track their hits then they can prove to sponsors and broadcast carriers how popular they are. Plus they do have advertisers on the page so they get some $$ for hits. Remember both Adam's Trespassing performances in Shanghai, he sang "my yeah" instead of "my ass", here at MAMA was no different. Every region is different and an artist has to play by the rules while try maintain his/her own unique self expression and artistic integrity, and Adam is, seemingly, becoming an expert at it.  |
