Love this vid so much. Probably because I owned a black '77 4-speed Transam for 23 years. Finally sold it (my husband made me do it). I will regret that decision forever. Wish I had had Trespassing during those years. All I had was Van Halen's Jump. Not too shabby. Adam brings me back. Good Times!

I posted a few pages back that I was wondering where "the answer got cut off", but nobody responded. Would someone kindly tell me what was being cut off? This really bothers me, I wanted to make sure I don't cut off a quote in the future. Thanks in advance..

Thanks Q3. Those numbers are interesting, but you are right, it is not quite that straight forward that you can just read results from there. Case in point: Kris' numbers from the last few weeks are actually consistently lower than Adams and of course with less standard deviation, as to be expected. That does not indicate the result we did end up getting.
So other forces at play. But still, very interesting set of numbers.
Anyways, thanks for that link.

I have seen the Idol video dozens of times and it still takes my breath away. I am so thankful for Adam and his voice. I feel like I am at an Adam Lambert concert each time I watch my DVD. I have all his performances from those days. I feel so proud of him. He went from a boy to a man right before my eyes, and it makes me feel like a mother lion. I feel so protective of that 27 year old boy. I get tears in my eyes when I see his mom and dad in the audience. They were so proud of their son. What a great time season 8 was, never to come again. Because as we all know there is only one like our Adam and there will not be another to come our way.

I've always wondered what Adam was trying to say but couldn't quite get it in during Simon's rant...yeah, I was angry too. And I wasn't even a fan. Simon was vicious. But Adam DID go to Nashville after all, didn't he?..I love happy endings.. :D Yes, yes, Adam went to Nashville and he performed at the Ryman Theater. The Ryman is known as the "mother church of country music" and the home of the Grand Ole Opry.
Johnny Cash performed there until he kicked out the stage's footlights in a fit of rage.*Another version of the story is that Cash was angry about a microphone and took the mic stand and knocked out the lights .**
Still another story says he was high and/or drunk and passed out on stage that same night.
Anyway, Cash wasn't invited back.
Back to Adam:
RoF about 5:10
2010-07-07 Nashville, TN - Opening Medley (Voodoo, DTRH, RoF) *IMPROVEDterrapolision
* www.cmt.com/news/country-music/1480432/behind-the-footlights-at-the-cash-tribute.jhtml** countrymusic.about.com/od/allthingscash/a/40momentsjcash.htmI forgot to add my YT playlist for the Ryman: www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL97E0391EA2A928D3&feature=view_allAnd my workup for the concert with more videos, interviews, reviews, photos, & links to much more: atop.proboards.com/thread/156/21-gnt-nashville-ryman-auditorium
I was there. It was epic. Not only because he was great but because it was the MF Ryman--church pews and all. Kellie Pickler and Aimee Mayo (wrote Sleepwalker with Ryan Tedder and someone else) were there too. And the afterparty at Tribe was, shall I say, something I will never forget.

A fanzine about Adam. It seems the people working on it will get paid with fans' money when they advertise that all the profits will go to Cindy's charity. IMO, covering the expenses and giving the rest to charity is one thing, but actually making money for yourself using Adam's name... I don't know, it kinda crosses a line. After all, neither Adam nor Cindy's charity have endorsed that project (at least publicly). It also seems that the two women behind the fanzine have ripped off Adam before (during the bastard albums), or something. So half the fandom is up in arms, the other half hasn't even heard about this, and a small percentage are vocal about their support to the fanzine (that's what I get from my feed, maybe they're not such a small percentage, I don't really know). And those two women hid their involvement at first, so some people have found it very dishonest of them. Plus, Neil (Adam's brother) took a stand the other day against Aura. My Twitter feed is full of this today. IMO, it sounds kinda shady... These seem like pretty serious accusations. Is there proof of financial gain? I heard about the publication, but had not considered whether it had Adam's approval and/or whether the profits would not go to charity. Before judging, maybe we need more facts. PMed you.

I just figured out that it was in yellow and does not show up on my computer unless I highlight your answer to foxvegas. On my computer, this is all I see. I am using the Trespassing 2 skin @FoxVegas #wearefamily
