Did the 60min segment ask about the similarities to Modonna's songs? If not, then she is avoiding the press. Was that even taped after BTW was released or was it taped earlier like so many things are? If she doesn't ever address the issue, then most will decide she is just a copycat and she will lose much of the cred she has built up over the last 2 years. The longer she lets it go and hides away, the harder it will be to convince anyone that she wasn't directly copying.

I understand and respect what Gaga was going for in the egg thing, but as has been posted by others, she was just hiding. Taking a fetal position and avoiding the world is not owning your decisions, it's more like a full retreat. It's OT, so I'll stop after this, LOL, but in the 60 Minutes segment she spoke of being a genius at the game of fame or some such. And that she really truly sees her whole life as a piece of performance art. In that context, everything she does makes perfect sense. But IMO that is a lonely, dangerous road, especially if she doesn't have good people who will keep her real. She also said that a lot of people are eagerly waiting for her to crash and burn, and to fail. It'll be very interesting to see how it goes for her. Anyway, back to Adam. Someone please convince me that I don't need to buy a Japanese magazine just for the pictures...  |

Wow, that was a damn good interview with Perez!!!! Say what you want about him, Perez made Adam totally comfortable, and that was about as relaxed an interview as I've seen. LOOOOOOVE the album talk! Starting to work with big-name producers next week! Already been writing with friends! Doesn't sound like he's planning any more time off, either. Though I must admit, now I kinda really wanna see Adam in feathers...  I agree, this was a good interview, lots of insight into what he was thinking and where he will go with the next one. However, I think his body language was really funny. He looked to me like he couldn't cram himself back into the corner of that couch any farther! (which is understandable, because I personally find Perez kind of creepy) I was noticing his body language too. He has his arm across the front of himself in a way I never have seen Adam before. He seemed relaxed in conversation, but guarded with his body, LOL. ETA: Really loved the interview, though, and am excited for the direction Adam seems to be moving in-also, you can see that it is very early in the process, so who knows what he will come up with. You can see, though, that he is ready to get started now. |

A bit more info... It is a double cover issue. The front cover is Angelina and the back cover is Adam (but since everything is backwards in Japan, if you hold it like you would a magazine in any other country, Adam is on the front side ) |

Thank you for posting this. I could not get the other link to work for me. Perez makes a lot of sense. Adam is introspective and forthright as always. And now... my appetite for Adam II is is starting to simmer and will pretty soon boil into a major craving... |

I got the Adam bendy bendy poster from a Japanese mag and I thought it was well worth the expense. Go for it. |
