Quoting myself here: Did nobody else read this review? Is it just me that's intrigued with the translation??
Before I got to the pretty I read the review that Q3 posted in the headers This has GOT to rate as the best translation ever; particularly of Naked Love."The more beautiful voice sings in the vocal highlight of the latest music from ballads such as
Nice Underwear in the middle is breathtaking that overwhelm the site, so show off
the beauty of goose bumps in the cover "Stay" of Rihanna was." 
ETA. On revisiting this (ballad, I now see)I suspect it's meant to be Underneath Pretty wonderful, whatever :  A little snippet from my day yesterday: I played 'Stay' from my email alerts on Tuesday while I had the twins for the day. They both stopped what they were doing and just stared at the screen saying "man singing" and smiling. Every time it finished, replay was demanded. Yesterday, I took advantage of my SIL watching the rugby to play it for my daughter. The twins had just started eating and Charlotte immediately turned right round on her chair grinning. My daughter had to move her chair so she could eat and watch at the same time. "Charlotte- baby babble word-man singing" My 2 year-old granddaughter appears to be besotted with Adam's voice. Actually, to make her finish her meal we had to threaten to turn him off! I always felt she was another little me  . |

My 2 and 3 yr. old grandchildren are fascinated by Adam Lambert. (Obviously, good taste in music) Whenever I sit down at the computer they snuggle in close and ask for Adam. Once we heard it on the radio and my 3 yr. old refused to get out of the car until it finished (so did I). He just has a magnetic personality! |

I love Josh Groban! He has a beautiful classically trained voice, but lower than Adam's. I wish they would do a duet! Josh has NEVER had a single rank higher than 70 in the Billboard Hot 100, although he has had 5 #1's in the Hot Adult Contemporary. (See: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Josh_Groban_discography) But his first 5 albums have sold a total of 21 million. (He just released is 6th studio album this month.) And he is only artist with TWO albums in the top 25 best selling albums of the past decade per a Yahoo Music article from March 16, 2012 article ( music.yahoo.com/blogs/chart-watch/chart-watch-extra-top-albums-last-10-years-181452729.html). If the "past 10 years" had been 2001 to 2010 instead of 2002-2011, I think he would have had THREE albums in this list. So how does this relate to Adam. Well, it just goes to show that you don't have to have Hot 100 hits to be a top selling artist!! So, the question is, how did Josh Groban become such a top selling artist without radio play? Not sure, but I think his first big break was a PBS concert special. I think Josh falls into the category of performers who have a great voice and are SAFE from any POV, their music is accessible, easy and pleasant, their albums are a perfect gift to any family member...others in this category IMO are Andrea Bocelli, Susan Boyle, Adele (I heard only two songs by her, so my impression is limited), Buble ... AMAZING pictures in that Chester FB collection soulmate posted!!! You can see how well choreographed the whole show is!!! The symmetry on the stage is pure perfection! I think you have hit the nail on the head - Groban is safe, his music is pretty, non-controversial, his look is boy next door. The others noted are the same - I am not a fan of any of them, although admittedly I do have two Adele on my iPod. The excitement, the charisma is not there - Adam rocks my soul and I like it just fine. |
