Can't remember when we've gotten so many fantastic HD pics and videos from a concert as we have from the Asian concerts! Asian fans ROCK! It's almost better than having him do concerts in the US, except of course US fans don't get to see him live! That is a downer but STILL. Look at the goodies we're getting! HAPPY!

They gave them a standing O but not Adele? lulz Yes I did see the the Les Mis cast sing, and I thought they did a good job, except for Russell Crowe. He should not sing. That Redmayne guy is precious and he can sing. With regard to Adele, I find the song so boring and at times she was drowned out by the band, so all in all I was not impressed. I thought Shirley Bassey and Babs did a better job.

And yes, Eddie Redmayne can sing! Was great in the movie.

If you are still looking for good Cat 1 seats for Adam Lambert concert on March 8 2013, we have extra tix for row... http://fb.me/2jUIgx3Zy Dunno if this is the right place for this, but.... This is ridiculous. I'm getting really nervous about going to an Adam Lambert concert. First I was just nervous about going because I was worried that I'd feel disappointed or let down by the experience. Or that my hubby would be. (*ducks the rotten food being thrown*) Hey, it gets worse. Now, I'm also getting worried that ticket sales will be low and that will dampen the whole experience. I've been hiding from my hubby and quietly checking available seats in each seating section every night. The ticketing system doesn't actually show all the seats that are still available (it just assigns seats to you once you choose which section you want), but you can kinda guess how things are going by the quality of seats you are allocated. And it looks like the place is maybe just under 1/2 full. Under 2 weeks to go, tickets only about 1/2 sold. Worried that all the fantastic vids and sounds I've been watching/hearing won't transfer well to real life. Seeking reassurances. Please? Pretty please? (Hubby's not being helpful, he just laughs at my worries. Hmph.) ayleim, Yes, this is ridiculous!!!! Listen to your hubby, and don't worry, just be happy that you will get to see Adam live. In my experience, and my opinion: Adam Lambert LIVE is the BEST concert experience you will ever have - this is a FACT, espoused by the many many Atop peeps and other Glamberts that have seen him in concert. Be warned, once will not be enough! In addition, I can think of a couple of reasons that the possibility of the concert being only 1/2 sold will make it better. 1) You will be able to get closer to the front, provided the concert ushers let people move up to vacant seats 2) A more intimate crowd will energize Adam, and his performance will be that much better. I did not get to see Adam in concert last year, but I did go to 3 of the GNT concerts in 2010. Although 1 was "sold out", there were numerous vacant seats, and I was able to stand in the aisle on the 2nd row. I went to New Orleans, and it wasn't even sold out, and I also went to Lubbock, which was the lowest attended concert, approx 44% occupancy of the venue. It was an incredible concert, the infamous "Slaughterhouse" concert, and was hot as hell, but Adam really poured himself out at that concert, and it was amazing, as they all were. As others have said, the energy of the people attending will feed Adam, and it doesn't matter whether there are 300 people there or 30,000, Adam will put on a great show. This WAG tour has been fantastic so far, and I just wish I could be there. Count your lucky stars, girl, and have a great time! And, please report back to us. Glamhugs!

By clusterfuck I meant Russell Russell was totally miscast for that role. There are a lot better out there. But I guess he is a box office draw, which is probably what they needed to sell it to the studios. Bringing it back to Adam, I could totally see Adam being totally made-over and playing the inspector, and singing the hell out of his part.

Did yall hear the Les Miserables cast sing at he Oscars? Clusterfuck. They gave them a standing O but not Adele? lulz Saw it, and yes, Russell Crowe was way off key at the very end. Overall, I thought it was pretty good, except for a couple of off key, and one OTT soprano voice that I couldn't tell who it was. I couldn't figure out where the microphones were to pick up the voices. As far as the standing O was concerned, I think the audience appreciated the effort that the cast put into it, singing live like that. I actually rewound it a listened to it several times. I thought Adele did get a standing O, no? And Adam was so right about Russell, can't sing much, can he? eta: I was really suprised by the standing O for Jennifer Hudson. I thought she sounded like she was screaming most of the time. (going to hide now)
