For some reason, I find the VOCALS on Dragon Attack even betterer than at Hammersmith... I guess it is the practice and the lack of pressure. It is in fact my favorite part of these Asian shows, next to the Stay/Nice Underwear and pretty much everything else Agreed agreed here!! Besides that I loooooove DA so much on WAG, I also found his vocals insanely strong, I mean unbelievably crazy strong, on this non-tour tour. We all know that AFL keeps getting better and better as tour goes on. But, hey, maybe it is just me, but I really think that his now (still evolving) vocals are even better than that on QAL. Underwear in Nagoya was really beautiful and really touched me

I just love his reaction, definitely one of my favourite moments of all time I also want to know about his necklace? Seeing that the tour ends in Finland, will Adam and Sauli take time off after the tour to visit with Sauli's family??

LOL! Can you imagine if Adam was reading the thread and saw the 'loving his rendition of Underwear'?! He'd be all WTF?

To be honest, I was not crazy about Adam's Era 2 live concerts. I don't know. They seemed a little one dimensional to me. Many of the songs having similar energy. Lots of pop that didn't really feature the best of his voice. Good, but I didn't feel the need to watch every version of every song of every show.
UNTIL KOREA AND JAPAN. The current show is not a pop concert, it is a theater piece in three acts. I am in total agreement with Aleks. It all works so well together, shows Adam's many different styles, is in turn fun, joyous dance music; a soul-touching deep second act; and sexy, crazy, slightly dark, high theater for final act. Adam commands the stage from start to finish. The sound of the singers and the band is the best it has been, and his voice is richer, more refined, more controlled, more mature, more effortless than ever. This show is understated brilliance. Adam shows that natural confidence as a performer that Brian May spoke of in the Polish press conference. I think Adam learned a ton from those veterans of theatrical pop/rock.
Also, are my ears deceiving me, or is Adam actually NOT using backing tracks for this set? I sure don't hear any, and there seems to be more flexibility in the delivery than with the backing tracks previously. What do y'all think?
Oh, how I wished Adam was performing this show in the USA!

He is embracing ALL of his best material and including excellent transitional covers. Before he was mainly promoting Trespassing. Just think how amazing his tours will be when he has 4 or 5 albums under his belt. O.M.G.

Cassie I don't think he's using backtracking either. I can't hear any. I think the backup singers give him the opportunity to be more spontaneous. He seems more relaxed in his banter with the audience. He looks so gorgeous, healthy, and his voice seems flawless to me. I think Brian has been a really big part in helping get the sound and vibe of the concerts to where Adam is feeling really good about the show. Adam, and the powers that be, please bring this Gamily tour to the US. It would be such a shame for so many fans here not to get to experience the energy of this show!

Adam hasn't been using backing tracks this era. Has he? Your question confuses me, cassie?
