Just a slight caution as we still have one more update before published charts, Jonas has a countdown spin as a breakout. The building chart has him fairly close and his spin count for the last 2 days updates was actually higher (for each day) than GT so there is a possibility that his song will pass. He's only 285 spins down on the building chart and last two days has out paced GT by 77 and 57 spins respectively. With a big increase due to the first countdown appearance and given the already higher daily spins there is a chance that it will pass. I think we're out of luck on Skrillex dropping below #10 but our best hope is that Zedd does drop below but Zedd is still 299 spins ahead and weekend drops are not always the same as weekday drops. I'm hoping Jonas doesn't pass but just didn't want anyone caught by surprise. Up until Thursday Jonas was not on pace to pass but his daily spin count got a big bump Thursday that was even bigger Friday so that is what changed. Well, that would be disappointing but as long as GT is still increasing spins, I think we are still on pace for 20 next week. Just happy that he won't drop down a spot. Maintaining 23 is not the end of the world for sure!!!!

I would be very surprised if Jonas passes because GT has countdown spins also & it is getting nice increases. NJ would need almost a 300 spin increase and GT zero for that to happen. Expecting Jonas to pass Monday or Tuesday. Skrillex will definitely not make 11 tomorrow.

I just wanted to mention the possibility so that in the event it did happen those reading here would not feel blindsided. Early in the week it seemed Jonas would be nowhere near given the daily spin counts but radio has kicked it up a notch the last couple of days and if that increase continues along with a countdown spin which makes a difference because he did not have it last week so that is about 140+ spin increase all by itself it could lead to an upset. Yes it would probably take a negative update for GT but that is not out of the realm of possibility either as despite the consistent positive AI updates there have been days of negative spins as well. ETA: In raw spins for the week Jonas trails by 285.

Chart updates from the Netherlands: NL Top 40: #9 (from #8) Mega Top 50: #11 (from #10) Single Top 100: #13 (from #14) iTunes Top 30: #13 (from #11) SlamFM 40: #39 (from #32) GT will probably drop off this chart next week. Global Dance Chart: #15 (from #15) Justin passed GT on both the NL Top 40 as the Mega Top 50. So apart from that it held position. On the Single Top 100 a nice rise. Most likely because of the increase of streams GT had in Spotify the last week which were probably influenced by the position on the Top 50 Global. GT rose to #11 in the Spotify Top 50 in The Netherlands again today! In iTunes moves are pretty big lately. A lot of new songs going past and dropping back again. Airplay is pretty constant with 538 and Q doing their 5-6 spins a day, Sky spinning once a day with sometimes a day between, 3fm also averaging once a day and last but no least Slam also continuing spinning on average 4-5 spins a day. No other radio stations have jumped on board (Radio 2 and 100%NL also count for the charts, but don't spin). Every week there are a few people on twitter complaining that they know the song by now and don't wanna hear it 4 times a day. They are probably right because 538 is spinning 5-6 times a day for over 2 months now. I don't think there has been any song that has such support for such a long period (not that I have been paying attention that much to radio before GT came along though). Unless it's the #1 song for quite some time.
