There IS something exquisite about Melanie when she dances in her genre.....I can see why everyone talks in superlatives.

Melanie and Robert- She's technically beautiful, as always, but the music was too slow and her dance had no emotion and I was bored. Nigel, of course, is pretty positive. Calling a duel between her and Sasha- I don't know... But now Kenny Ortega(as well as Gaga) want to hire her. Bleh. I want them to all want to hire Sasha. It's OK. We want her. I would love to see Adam in arenas with Sasha has his #1 dancer. Along with Terrance (I adore him and their chemistry) |

I thought Mel was pretty but boring also. Was a little surprised about the high praise but guess they are looking at her whole season.

Hi, all.
This is my first time posting in this thread but I had to do so tonight.
So excited and nervous for Sasha.
I am happy she had such a stellar opening number. Notwithstanding the over praising of Melanie (?), I believe Sasha has won this opening round.
Don't get me wrong, I usually love M's dancing but I don't believe she was as dynamic in her 2 numbers tonight as she routinely dances in prior weeks.

I anticipate major pimpage of Melanie, that's what the mute button is for. I just want Sasha to dance the best she ever has, leave it all on the floor and if peeps don't pick her to win then fuck em ;D

Spoiler: Kids from IDF are good. Based on this picture, they figured out the pairing with all-star and choreographer for tonight. Here is information related to Sasha: Sasha & Mark - Sonya Tayeh (Jazz) ;D Sasha & Marko - S*&@^#r Liff (Broadway) ;D Sasha & Tadd - Mark Ballas (Ballroom, maybe Latin)  Melanie & Sasha - Stacey Tookey (Contemporary) ;D I just remembered of the finale night so late to the party :(.. but glad that Sasha get routines that will help her in this finale |
