It took just over a year from the time most of the music for TOH was written and recorded till the album was released. Granted the back and forth tweaking after the major part was done was interrupted by the QAL tour, so it might have taken a bit longer than it should have. So, if he starts the process of writing a new album this fall, I expect/hope we get a new album just in time for the Holiday buying season, i.e., Nov 2017. Oh yeah cool cool. I would love that. But ppl on Twitter are saying Thats the holiday freeze. So wouldn't sell well. Im not up on these things. So maybe you or Q3 could shed some light haha. I know he released fye in Nov 09. Sold over 200k. But of course things have changed n For albums released in Nov., the singles come out in Sept or Oct. the freeze is for singles only and is 2 weeks over Christmas/New Year. I am expecting Adam's next album late Spring or Summer though. There is no reason this album should take as long as Trespassing or TOH

SophieB----Thank you for your detailed recaps on the UK concerts. You really have a way with words, and your descriptions make me feel like I was right there beside you , taking it all in.Your encounter with Lulu really brought back memories----I think she was the singer who touched my young teenage heart when she sang To Sir With Love in the Sidney Poitier movie....
As for Manchester---sounds "otherworldly" -an "out of body experience.!" So glad you were there to take it all in and share it with us.From what many have said about the first concert at Fantasy Springs, {WLL!} and what I felt at Morango last year, there are definitely some concert experiences that defy any attempts at explanation---you just had to BE THERE--and the thrill of it lingers in the deepest recesses of your memory. Thank you again for taking the time to share your JOY!

Adam asked, so here is my response (that I will not share publicly) ... AP has a great voice but I don't feel a "connection" when she sings. I liked many of her performances, but I haven't gone back for another listen so far. Nice voice though. On the other hand, the very special artist that is so much adored by this fandom grabs me instantly and often puts me into a different world. It sure speaks for Adam that he doesn't forget to support his friend despite a hectic touring schedule. I feel a connection with Alisan. different strokes for different folks

There is no reason this album should take as long as Trespassing or TOH Well yeah waiting three years beteen albums was beyond short sighted. Between iihy and Btikm. Nothing. Then Ncoe. Then Tp. Gt saved his pop music career imo. Queen elevated it. im thinking album Nov too. I would like Glam Rock to return. With some acoustic guitar ballads. But I thinknit well be same vein as Gt. But who knows what the sound well be haha. He went glam rock to Edm.in Tp. Toh sorta same. Fye was like a mask. Tp was more stylistic. Toh was a bigger insight into his personality and overall life. So im really interested what Album 4 well be like. I.still think his best work is ahead of him. And it seems to me Wbr and Mm believe in him. So well.see.

There was, of course, the label hop, and whatever cooling off period was mandated by contracts. Hopefully, WBR is on board for another album (since we don't know Adam's deal.)
