I love this song so much! Hope they play it in Asia again! When the world seems dark,dismal,dreary and utterly hopeless,this is the video I turn to......Just a few notes into the song, I feel my whole body lift up to a place of JOY and I am renewed, a sensation of bliss cascading down my being. Seeing the face of that young girl in the opening moments as Adam begins to sing, hearing THAT voice and Brian's gorgeous guitar---and perhaps, most of all, watching Adam's beautiful smile that he never abandons throughout the entire performance brings me to a place of sweet serenity and I feel hopeful again. Because how can I not, when such a precious and gifted man exists in this world?
Thank you ,skaschep, for posting it --and I also, hope Adam sings it in Asia again.Ain't that the truth, Lorraine? This video is so uplifting, the fans there are so emotionally swept along with it, the guy crying or close to tears as he sings along, the girl you mentioned, whose face I think is indelibly marked in my memory....Yeah, a thanks from me too for posting, Skaschep...  |

Adam Lambert has two big projects in the works: An appearance in Fox’s upcoming TV reboot of Rocky Horror Picture Show (watch the trailer below) and his fourth album, which the pop-rocker will be working on with frequent collaborator Max Martin. But before moving forward, let’s take one more look back at Adam’s 2015 album The Original High — particularly the title track. A demo for the song has surfaced online (and was spotted by Digital Spy), and it’s laid back, finger-popping instrumentation is departure from the housey nature of the final album version we’ve come to know. In June of 2015, Adam talked to Idolator about this same demo version of “The Original High.” “The melody was all there. I think it was mostly the verses that stayed, but it was actually more chill — like acoustic-y chill in the beginning, as a songwriting demo,” Lambert explained. “We slowly discovered that throwback house thing was gonna be a big part of the album. And I love that, because it reminds me of when I was a kid listening to dance music for the first time – big, funky, groovy vocal stuff, like C + C Music Factory and Soul II Soul.” Give the early version of “The Original High” a listen above, then watch the new Rocky Horror trailer below. I'd love to see that demo of TOH stay out there for people to hear. It's so gritty and kind of underground. Not polished to perfection. I love the original lyrics. I think they let us into Adam's inner psyche. |

Melliemom, I hope you'll take Adam's tweet as a personal thank you. HE obviously feels like a million's a big deal and you've played a big part in that.   So great to hit the million mark! But no reason to stop now. Whenever you can, give WTTS a couple of spins. They add up fast. It's a great song. Hope we hear it get used now and then for TV or radio or something. |

I just watched the WTTS video for the umpteenth time and I do love that video. It is a toss up with FYE and Ghosttown for favorite...love all three. I prefer the music ALN to GT but prefer the GT video....It is now that I do not see the artistry etc, I just prefer the more interpretive. It is interesting and something I did not think of until this post, that my favs are all the B&W ones but I don't really think that is the factor. I love many of Gaga's for their 'out-there' qualities...I get bored watching the 'story line ones'...just like I don't care to re-read a novel.
I have mentioned it before but bears repeating....I would love to see Adam do a video with Toddric Hall...he is so brilliant...yet not literal...imagine them doing a Fever and Shady combo....one in the dark, one in the light....I would be in heaven....now that is something I would have on repeat 24/7

Unfortunately in the beginning weather le us down. Immediately after playing the intro of ,,One Vision'' it started to rain hard and it didin't stop until the end. I found quickly out, that it won't be a replay from Cracow's concert. There was a brandnew stage, but gentleman's mixed their setlist a little. After OV gray-hair-ish Brian May attacked us with a guitar riff to HMF, the show was shorter than last time, so few songs were missed, like '39 ; In the lap of the Gods << revisited>> . ,,it's so good to be back to you '' - said Brian May somewhere in the middle of the show, before he made another selfie with polish audience. When it comes to the show, at KQ in the end of a wet podest was a throne, where Lambert sat down . Due to weather musicans didin't use this podest 100%. At the backstage I saw 2nd drum set, but they decided to not get it out before UP to make a drum battle. But the song was playing and it was dedicated to David Bowie, who's image was screened on the Q main screen. Weather made some effects seem spectacular. Like lasers which thanks to raindrops shined during WTTLF. There were moments where Lambert got off stage. For example when Brian May in duet with Freddie Mercury from the screen sang LOML and his composer Roger sang AKOM. Freddie showed himself traditionally during BoRhap to make a company for Adam. And when it comes to the effects, it's good to mention once again Brian May, who was rising up in a podest where was the time for his solo and ,,Last Horizon''. I won't say my opinoin about this collab, I have been written it before. But I'm happy, that the half of Queen still gives us the opportunity to listen their big songs live. And with that vocalist?
