svca, I love Isaiah's voice too. "smoky" is a perfect description. At 17, he is just incredible!

I'm not even sure what "annoyingly flamboyant" means....was he singing and dancing around in high heels or something and I just don't remember?
Maybe the fact that he wore fingernail polish and eye makeup?

I really, really hope they don't bury his voice in dance music, or bubblegum pop, with too much production. To me, his voice is made for bluesey, stripped back music. Also, he seems to love to riff, which would also fit the blues more. I love when I find new singers...thanks, Adam !! |

My thoughts exactly, didn't even retweet it. It was a back handed compliment.  Saw this on twitter and it really pissed me off! "Annoyingly flambpant!" Why doesn't he just say "Too gay." Guess it's OK to be flamboyant if you are singing Freddie's songs, but not if you are singing Pop! Grrrrrrrrrrr!!  |

I don't "get" Drake's art lol...makes my brain hurt, too busy.
And yay, congrats Isaiah, on 1 million streams !
Wonder how long Adam is staying in NY..heading home this week maybe? It sounded like he was spending Christmas at home.
