@pattihum absolutely, we know nothing! We have no idea what jobs he turned down because of a full schedule or what jobs he would have gotten had he attempted them...for now he's splitting his time between solo projects and Queen...for all we know he still seems to be enjoying the gig and if it gives him finanical freedom later on great!

Adam putting out an EP means he was dropped by WBR. This would explain why Max Martin is no longer in the picture and Adam saying he wants to put out an album he wants and if fans like it cool but if not whatever. Leaving Shosh was for saving costs. Her clients are all major label artists. All the signs having pointing to this. WBR has shown no interest and anticipation for an artist who is working on his next album. Jason Derula was still getting pimp while he was working on his album. I follow way too many artists to see the writing on the wall. Adam 2017 year is all Queen and this will be his main focus until Brian or Roger drops dead. His pop solo career is dead. DMG isn't even trying but hey make that easy money. It has always baffled me how some thought Shoshanna and DMG were doing an amazing job with moving Adam's career forward. The bar has been set so low for him that any crumbs would have do. It's all very disappointing but Adam is 35 years old now and pop is a young artist genre. PURE SPECULATION....WASTE OF ENERGY. Have a great Thursday!

Just thinking, it's my decision to support Adam, whatever decisions he makes regarding his career.

I don't know if throwing the cat amongst the pigeons is only a British expression or a universal one but ..... (I don't know that expression but it definitely made me laugh)

I've always said that Adam's must find a way to diversify. Selling albums and singles each year is a touchy at best. Even those at the very top of the heap don't stay there forever. We all know Adam's other talents and he has had acting experience. I'd love to see him break through into another aspect of entertainment other than singing alone. But I realize that it's a chicken or the egg thing. A major hit song or two opens doors to other things. He's had a little acting exposure post-Idol, but not enough to move him up the ladder. He's got such a damn good personality. It's puzzling. Some singers with far less singing or acting talent than Adam has are able to move back and forth from one area to the other. Everyone knows Adam has a great voice. That's not the issue. He needs marketable songs. And IMO, he still carries a kind of stigma from being gay and from being on American Idol. I hope this PR thing works out for him so he can move forwards. Queen has been a lifeline for him. The trick will be to sustain a successful career when QAL is done. When it comes to hit music and top singers, evidence proves that good looks or voice quality don't always matter. It comes down to open acceptance of a singer regardless of those things. Adam has yet to attain that acceptance, IMO.
