It's funny that Adam is listed and following Little Big Town in the Elvis special. Seems they're everywhere he is....lol. And looks like we're getting two versions of Blue Suede Shoes....one in a medley. I still can't picture JLo singing Heartbreak Hotel. Guess I just can't get Adam's version out of my mind. Was it just me or did anyone notice that the Little Big Town Cher medley didn't seem to go over that well, despite the band telling Cher how much her music meant to them. Cher clapped politely but didn't stand. It has by far the least views of all the Cher tribute performances. |

AHA!!!!! I knew there was something behind him never complimenting Adam. So I guess my post isn't so RIDICULOUS after all. Anyway, my opinion of him now has totally changed and if I knew about it, I would not have said nice things about him to his parents. And I agree with you, he's replaceable. So you base your opinion about someone on someone saying he liked something which can't be proven anymore because the whole message was deleted? Good luck! Yes, I do. Do you have a problem with that? I don't see any reason for cheekylin to lie and nightowl has indicated that Tyler and Adam are not close. My intuition already told me something was off and two other posts just confirmed it. |

I have no idea about Tyler and Adam’s relationship, other than it’s not that close. But I think, if they didn’t get along or Adam didn’t feel comfortable with him in the band, Brian and Roger wouldn’t keep Tyler as the additional drummer. He’s replaceable. AHA!!!!! I never saw anything wrong between Adam and Tyler. On stage the band seems to be pretty tight, all 6 of them. They don’t need to be best friends. I meant, that Brian and Roger could replace Tyler, if anything was/ felt wrong among their group. But they haven‘t done so. My conclusion is: everything is ok. I mean, they do spend a lot of time together on tour. There is no need to carry on with him. I trust them to know more about the chemistry among their group, than what we might interpret into a like on social media. Maybe he just liked a picture without noticing the capture? |

Ahem, back to events at hand... Looking forward to hearing Adam's song on the Elvis special...even though I'm not really a huge Elvis fan. I'm not familiar with Blue Suede shoes, will have to google/YT it. LOL. You must be a young fan. Blue Suede Shoes isn't my favorite Elvis song. There's not really much to it..a very simple song.....so Adam will just have to play with it with his outfit, shoes and moves. |

I'm not familiar with Blue Suede shoes, will have to google/YT it. LOL. You must be a young fan. Blue Suede Shoes isn't my favorite Elvis song. There's not really much to it..a very simple song.....so Adam will just have to play with it with his outfit, shoes and moves. Lol, not a young fan...59...but just not a fan of his voice. I do like certain songs, especially the Christmas ones, because my Mom had his Christmas album, but am not familiar with most of his songs. I also wasn't a fan of the movies, watched one or two, but they were way too cheesy for my tastes. |

I don't see any reason for cheekylin to lie and nightowl has indicated that Tyler and Adam are not close. I would also say, that Adam isn’t very close with Neil (and Spike). I‘ve only seen Adam spending his off-time with Rufus and Roger (Brian much less). That doesn’t mean, that there is animosity. It’s a professional relationship, after all. In Adam‘s own band have been members, with whom he didn’t spend too much time off-stage. Not everyone is best friends with everyone. Personally, I haven’t seen or heard anything disrespectful from Tyler about Adam. |

I couldn’t care less if Tyler likes or compliments Adam on social media. He’s paid to drum. Unless he’s sabotaging the quality of performances, which Roger would fire him for, who cares. And he’s doing fine in his role on stage. Clearly they have a decent enough professional relationship for touring, but they don’t need to be best friends either. Many bands don’t socialize at all outside of the stage and studio or even like each other. Edit: they could get along just fine too, anything else is conjecture.

I realized, that I know the song, but didn’t know the title. And I was actually surprised about that choice.I guess, Adam was again considered as the rocker among the performers. 😁 |

I feel like I entered the twilight zone. People are arguing about suppositions and interpretations of tweets or comments on tweets or comments about comments on tweets, or lack of comments about comments??? or "what ifs" if we existed in an alternative reality??? I don't get it, but, putting on my mod hat,
CUT IT OUT! The principal posters have made their points.... more than once. Others have chimed in... more than once. It is not glittery, golden, or containing any actual information about Adam. I am closing the discussion about the relationship/lack of relationship between Adam and Tyler.
Please, everyone, take a few calming breaths, walk in the park, listen to Adam sing Believe, and let's get back to the wonderful things happening in Adam's life.
