I fully agree. Even the segment when he had to talk about AI yet again - I never heard him mention the bit about not getting promoted in the Wicked cast several times before (though that may be just me not having seen all the older interviews...) I did wonder why they had to use such low chairs for someone as tall as Adam, but he didn't seem uncomfortable Welcome qaleidoscope! I've never heard him mention that story about not getting promoted in Wicked before either, and I think I've pretty much seen and heard all the interviews out there. Thank you! While I've seen a lot of interviews I still have so much older material to delve into... I'm not even caught up on all the recent Queen performances, but I guess that's what you get for always being late to the party.  |

Welcome qaleidoscope! I've never heard him mention that story about not getting promoted in Wicked before either, and I think I've pretty much seen and heard all the interviews out there. I can’t remember that story either. I just thought, that they didn’t promote him, because his voice was needed in the chorus. I remember several people saying, that Adam carried the chorus and that he was an important part of it, that they didn’t like to see him leave in the first place. Adam had quit the job before and then came back, because he couldn’t find something else or so. Or was it the different production? Whatever. The director said, that he had never had a better singer for the chorus. The reason, why they didn’t promote him. That's interesting. But also a bit short-sighted from that director considering he could have had such an amazing singer for a major role. |

It was on SWR3 - I hardly listen to the radio anymore (yes, internet killed the radio star) but I just had a hunch because it was around the timeframe when they used to play new music. So I turned it on and they were just playing WWFM - which I felt had to be followed by SP - and I was right! Perfect timing... That’s great! So several German radio stations have played Superpower today. I hope they will continue that (and play it more often)!  |
