Ok I just want to say if Adam wants to be a serious actor other than just a one note actor he couldn’t get better training than being on a stage creating a character. I think Adam knows that and it’s simply a choice when and if he wants to do that now. Also being on stage 8 times a week is not doing the same thing over and over, it’s bring new life to your character and situation every performance. It is an art.

Oh, Yes... I was saying what you are saying...that is why I said it was sad for Jeff to have to admit -- Musical theatre is a step down...for Adam, but the reality is reality. Whether Adam ever does a musical theatre project even if an original script/score was offered, will remain to be seen. Hard to know if Adam is just being respectful of the theatre industry when answering those types of questions, as many of his closest friends are in that profession. Yet also wise to keep all doors open. I'm sure Adam IS being respectful to the theater community, but as much as he loves to perform, he's said himself there is no room for improv in a theater performance. Since none of his shows are ever the same, whether QAL or solo, I think it would be really, really difficult for him to be on stage, night after night, and do the same thing over and over. My opinion, but I think Adam is long past wanting to do Musical theatre. That was a starting point for him and he is way past that. If a chance to do Broadway, or some big production in the UK or someplace came up, he might do it for a few months. But he seems to be more interested in getting acting gigs on tv or movies. Each small part leads to more experience and I think he will eventually want more and receive more. It seems a lot of stage actors stay on stage. They don't seem to easily get the tv or movie parts for some reason. Theatre may not be what he has in mind for career advancement or additions to his resume. If he wanted theatre in some small production, I think he could have had it by now on his name alone.
