Ouch, my feet hurt just LOOKING at those boots lol.
I pulverized my ankle about 10 years ago, and no heels of any kind for me. I'm lucky if I can find sneakers that are comfortable.

No high heels for me either!!! I've never found a pair that fit me. I have wide square cut toes, I high instep, and a narrow ankle. The best fitting shoes for me are the models of New Balance sneakers that are made with the SL2 shoe last, which are made just right in the toes, instep, & ankle for me. But not as many fashion choices available! Otherwise, sandals work pretty well for me and I wear them even in the winter.

The difference between the toe and heel isn't that great. As long as one can balance on the platforms, should be okay.
I moved my presumed shoe size from 6 narrow to 7.5 medium. Not that I'm wearing heels in the basement, but I can look at some green stacked heels in my new size.
But then, I'm still stuck in the cellar.
