Somebody posted SOMEWHERE in this thread about thinking Dark Adam was actually crushing a heart in his hands, instead of the pomegranite. (Please forgive me but I just can't go back & find the actual post...it would take hours!) I watched the video on my phone 1st thing this morning & on that small screen I actually thought that he WAS crushing a heart in his hands with the blood running down. There was just so much to take in all at once. Of course I watched it about 20 times before I got on here & saw it BIGGER & then saw comments about the promegranite & then I looked closer & of course it's a fruit he's crushing. But at first I was going with the heart-crushing thing, which made total sense in the context of the video. I'm glad to know somebody else picked up on that idea too.   Pomegranate????  He was crushing his own heart!! Why on earth would he crush a pomegranate? |

Wait, didn't this Daily Star article first break yesterday/last night, and the media just decided to latch on it this morning? Yes. They printed it just in time to cross over and make the mainstream press in the US right after the BTIKM video was released. It was either the luckiest coincidence in a long time OR a brilliant promo move. Either way -- it is a major win for Adam. I just heard the story on my local KISS radio station -- now if they would just play the SONG!!! Agreed on the major win for Adam. It was nice to see him do some self-pimping as well by tweeting out a link to the video when tweeting about the Queen story. |

OT... Scroll is your friend... OK, after an, yes, epic day of Adam goodness I was curious and just watched the Madonna video. Budget: Much... larger than Adam but he too will have this - in my world. Target audience: the video will appeal to the Superbowl market and male audience. Totally different target than Adam. The song: I thought it was catchy and basically a Madonna-esk song so will suit her fine. Looks: HTF as in HOT the effin can she look so good. She still has it - at least in video editing. I am hoping that some of the Madonna fans will see something about Adam's video and out of curiosity will take a look and fall in love with him. Both are a force in the pop culture. All in IMHO:-) ETA" on Access Hollywood in the PST zone they just announced the Adam segment coming up (on DirectTV). Check it out if you are in the time frame:-) I didn't like the song and I thought Madonna looked silly doing it. I just kept thinking 'Seriously...that's the type of music you have to offer now?' I'll duck now.  |

I speed scrolled thrught the thread... could not read all the analysis, so I'll have to come back to that one day as I am very interested in everyone's take on the video.
Re "Queen" - IMO Adam TOTALLY CONFIRMED guest appearances.
Also - a HUGE WIN for the rumor to break today! So much exposure! and no the repeated cycle of "we were wrong"... PR at it's best!
I also was sure it was the heart dark Adam was crushing, and throwing on the floor and setting it on fire - exactly as he described on his GNT tour.one too many times ... so, although it was a pomegranate - I am taking this as "breaking his heart" imagery...
The showcase in London - hope for someone to upload!
