Just watch Adam's live instagram again. I have to say, I am very impressed with him. Even from AI, he always seems to be very grounded and a very intro-spective and self-aware person. He knows how to take care of himself and be an adult, and still have plenty of parties and fun. He just seems to be a really good and caring person. I really wish him the best life, he deserves it. Wish there were more like him in this world.

I promised recaps of my St. Paul shows, so here they are. Better late than never, they say. My DH and I flew yesterday from Minneapolis to Dallas in anticipation of our Thursday evening show, so this is my first opportunity to recap both of the St. Paul shows.
I'm at a loss for words! These two shows were beyond spectacular! I seem to recall some reviewer saying that the 2019 Rhapsody Tour show was better - certainly not in my opinion! Of course, every production by QAL is incredible, in my humble opinion, but this time around the light show, pyrotechnics, visuals and performances by the entire band went beyond what I have experienced before, if that is even possible. And the Minnesota fans were LOUD, especially at the second show.
Adam looked absolutely marvelous in all his different gorgeous outfits, and he certainly appeared very fit. And the VOICE seemed stronger and more powerful than ever, again if that is even possible. There is just nothing that compares to hearing Adam sing live! Especially during the second show he seemed even more dancey and playful, and both nights he received a rousing response from the audience. I think a lot of the diehard Queen fans are being won over by Adam. On the way out, I heard so many positive comments from concert goers about how great Adam is as Queen's front man. Much well deserved appreciation was also shown for Sir Brian, Roger, Spike, Neil and Tyler. I don't know how Brian and Roger are still able to perform at such a high level at their age (they're about the same age as me). I hope they can continue performing for years to come, but who knows how long they can keep doing it?
Both nights I was treated to TSMGO, which is my second favorite song after WWTLF. I was delighted to hear TSMGO the second time, as I thought he might not sing it when they had back to back shows. Bicycle Race was so much fun with that over-the-top motorcycle (how will they be able to make that even more spectacular?!). His approach to Killer Queen was so much fun, although my favorite Killer Queen is still Adam on the chaise lounge spewing champagne into the audience! "Is This the World We Created" was so beautiful, with Adam singing it in such a gentle and heartfelt way. Brian's "Love of My Life" brings me to tears every time. "Tie Your Mother Down" was done in such a rousing way. It's not one of my favorites but their rendition of it made me a new fan of that song. Brian's space interlude was a bit shorter, which I thought was a good thing. The planets floating in space were a mesmerizing spectacle. I thought putting Freddy's Ay-O calls and audience response right before the encore was a very fitting place. Oh, so many other highlights and favorites of this concert that are just too numerous to mention! My DH was at the first show, and he also thought it was a spectacular concert. I wish you all could attend these concerts, but the many pictures and videos being posted will give you an idea of what a great concert QAL has produced this time around, along with Adam's incredible panache, voice, performance skills, and jubilance. I'm still in awe of what I witnessed!

Thanks for the recap! I think you're right about longtime Queen fans getting won over. On the last page of yesterday's thread, a guy who has been a Queen fan since the 80's said "I’m going to make a bold statement…. I don’t think I have heard a better technical live singer than Adam in all my concert-going years. Tone, pitch, power…note for note, he NAILED it." That made me happy to read that!
