Who is this LeytonB person? Does she know everything (or ANYTHING) about RCA and their plans for BTIKM, Trespassing, future promo and additional singles. Does she work for RCA? Adam's promo team? Does she somehow know the bottom line at Radio1? Does she know that Radio1 will not add this song or any others that come after this one? Does she know if RCA has a plan to perhaps push and release another single to the UK in the next month or so if this doesn't work? Perhaps RCA knows that BTIKM is a long shot in the UK going in! Sorry, but this drives me crazy!!! >:( When we take some person's tweets, who doesn't know a thing about the big picture or doesn't work for Adam's team, and we run with it like she is some kind of expert! So I just e-mailed my Mom the BTIKM video. She e-mailed me back and said "That was effing amazing, I cried". I love my Mom.

butterflyawesome! wich radio station did you hear it from? In the morning: radio NRJ , BTIKM was the first place in the TOP 10 list. In the afternoon: Radio Nova, I think that BTIKM was also most popular. Has anyone seen the video on Voice TV yet? |

Ok I have NO IDEA what that Leyton B dude means when he says that he doesn't think Radio 1 will add subsequent singles if they don't add his first single. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK? THAT MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL. I can't believe this is true at all. Srsly, that is the stupidest programming decision ever. A lot of artists have singles that don't exactly work for whatever reason. He can't be right there at all....pffffft.
And yeah IDK wut radio 1's issue is with Adam, whether they have an issue with him personally or it really just is about the music not fitting in with their playlist, but it is what it is. We can only hope they come around and add (I am not expecting that now tbh) or that the album is a success despite the snub--both commercially and critically--and with Queen performances (and hopefully tv performances in his own right) he slowly wins over the U market.
Something I don't get tho in general is popular radio's obsession with EVERYTHIN being uptempo? Like does every effin song need to be a club banger to be on pop radio? I would think not--tell that to Bruno or Adele--but yet that seems to be the common reason as to why radio won't play a song, or specifically Adam's song. I don't get it. I don't wanna hear wall to wall dance music, I want some variety. Don't get that reasoning at all.
