I have believed all along that this press junket that Shoshonna sets up does nothing for his airplay. I have been concerned with this since the press junket the last time failed to get him airplay. It seems to have failed him again. His management company or RCA US needs a cattle prod to get RCA UK on the schtick to get him going in the UK. All the press in the world means nothing unless the masses are hearing him.

butterflyawesome! wich radio station did you hear it from? You can hear it every day at Nrj.fi or NRJ-radio between 18:00 and 19:00 since their top ten is played and BTIKM has been on the list for past weeks, mostly no 1 (as yesterday) or 2 (as today). You can vote on Nrj.fi/ilta and also find a link the last list. They actually seem to publish list (at least some days) a bit before they play it, so you can check his postion. |

Love that tweet from Arjan Writes. Has he heard any Trespassing tracks? Did he write a review? I've completely lost track which media people have heard songs.
Eta---I just think the label hasn't picked the right single for Radio 1; buzz from the listening party said as much

So I just e-mailed my Mom the BTIKM video. She e-mailed me back and said "That was effing amazing, I cried". I love my Mom. Aww! I think that is so special.  I know if my Mom was still alive she would LOVE Adam! She could 'rock out' with the best of them in her day! ;D My mom would have loved Adam, too - in total - the voice, the showmanship and yep - the sexiness, too. She was a charming, sweet lady and oh so much fun. We had a blast together! |

Cool ;D But they should have checked there facts, they wrote that Freddie died off cancer :-/ I'm not that familiar with Freddie's exact cause of death. Could it have been an aids related cancer? I had not thought about that and checked Wikipedia. It says bronchial pneumonia. |

I know if my Mom was still alive she would LOVE Adam! She could 'rock out' with the best of them in her day! ;D I love this, you guys. I wish my mom had lived to see Adam. She died in February 2009 ... crummy anniversary of her last illness right now. My mom was the sweetest, most ladylike, motherly person you can imagine. She never swore, she never drank, and she never raised hell unless you count getting on her soapbox once in a while to lambaste Richard Nixon. She also loved music. I don't think she ever forgot the freedom and escape she found from her self-consciousness and inhibitions in dancing in her sock feet to big band music in the school gym during lunch hours. Though she was married and had two kids by the time Elvis came along, she loved him and defended him. She was extremely tolerant of the musical tastes of her four daughters. I remember how she stood in line to buy tickets to Bob Dylan’s Rolling Thunder Revue for my sister and her best friend, and how she went to the record store on the first day of release to buy Bowie’s “Heroes" so we wouldn't be tempted to miss school. Lots of stories like that. She seemed to know that a musician could be a kind of friend; a soul brother. I have this feeling she would have loved Adam and totally "got" him. Sugaree, that is so great that you connected with your mom over Adam! And you know ... I never thought about it at the time, but she also personally loved Johnny Ray and Johnny Mathis, and Liberace ... and Richard Chamberlain was her favorite actor. I guess the apple didn't fall very far from the tree. |
