If someone has already mentioned this, sorry I missed this, but it definitely bears repeating. If you have not seen the limited series, “Fellow Travelers”, find some way to watch it. I watched it on Showtime. It takes the viewer on quite the journey using the thirty years love affair of two gay men as the focal point of a period from the 1950s-80s, from the Lavender Scare up to the AIDS Crisis and ending in the 1980s, looking at other accompanying civil rights issues. My description makes it sound rather flat, but I simply don’t want to ruin one moment for anyone who hasn’t seen it yet. It is definitely one of the most beautiful, meaningful series or movies I have seen in a very long time. It made me think about many things, but Freddie has been on my mind a lot since then. In fact, in one of the interviews I watched to familiarize myself with Jonathan Bailey was done from his home, and you can see one picture behind him. It is of Freddie. Obviously, it made me think of Adam as well.
Matt Bomer and Jonathan Bailey are the stars, and they are two of the most beautiful men I have seen in a long time (if you put Adam in a picture with them, all screens would melt). Jonathan is a bit “nerded up” for the series, but a search will pull up more realistic pictures of him. Many of you know him from “Bridgerton”. He was the male lead in season two. He was rather dour in that series, but if you watch interviews with him, he is very funny, articulate and quick-witted with a rather cheeky side. He will be Fiyero in the upcoming “Wicked” movie.

Glad you enjoyed Fellow Travelers, Phronni7...I have it in my streaming queue, but I haven't watched it yet. And yes, Jonathan and Matt are absolutely gorgeous.
I've been avoiding shows that are too heavy this year...we found out the beginning of the year that my Mom has congestive heart failure and was told by the doctors that there isn't anything else they can do for her. She's 83 and it hit really hard for me, have been in a funk pretty much ever since her stay in the hospital. But she's doing ok for the moment, so I'm starting to relax just a bit more.
OH, and I have Fellow Travelers on Paramount.

I haven't watch the show yet, but I did see both Jonathan and Matt on several interviews the past couple of weeks, their chemistry is palable. I actually thought they were partners in real life, until I looked up Matt Bomer and saw who his partner was. I knew he was attached, but not to whom. It is on my list to watch. Have to say, I am a bit diappointed Adam is noat doing Fiyero in the movie. He already knows the part!
