I have gone back to this many times over the years. It is sometimes not so easy to find. It is stellar. I wish he would do Fieyro again, but somehow, I don't think he will.

(Bringing this from yesterday’s thread) Thank you everyone for your welcoming messages 😊 I’m glad to be here and get to share my obsession with you guys. Marionm asked me to share my story of becoming a glambert and I’m happy to oblige. I’m from Spain and we don’t watch American Idol here, nor Adam ever really made it here. I don’t know why but he didn’t. Around 2012 I just started watching bad X Factor and AI auditions on YouTube because I found them hilarious. I didn’t really care about the good ones because I found them mostly boring EXCEPT for Adam’s. I didn’t really like his rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody (I think he went too far off the melody, just my opinion), but there was something about him, like a calm confidence and charisma that I found so compelling. Then I watched his Idol performances and I was completely blown away. After that I remember searching for his own music and watching the music video of FYE. I thought it was a bit disappointing that he was doing generic pop music and I didn’t dig any deeper. (Back then I was a bit of a music snob, to be honest). Fast forward to about 3 or 4 months ago. He pops up on my YouTube feed, I think maybe the Fearne Cotton podcast? I listened to it, started getting hooked on his personality and down the rabbit hole I went. I find him SO inspiring. The way he dares to be bold and adventurous with his music and projects, the way he dresses, what he stands for… I actually love Afters and the message behind it. It inspires me to be bolder myself and not care so much for what other people think and what society deems acceptable or unacceptable. I love that he seems to care less and less about other people’s opinions and just follows his heart and his gut. It’s refreshing, especially coming from someone who is not a 20 year old. Why do we have to conform when we get older? It’s all BS in my opinion. Anyway, that’s the yeast of it. I tried to not make it too long while at the same time not leaving anything important behind. I hope I didn’t bore you too much. I’m just passionate about him and the impact he’s having in me

I’m just passionate about him and the impact he’s having in me Welcome ‼️ Glad you made a personal connection and journeyed through a path that led you to Adamtopia. ALWAYS KEEN TO LEARN HOW THIS HAPPENS “with Adam”. There are many fan clubs developed to fan Adam. As a community we find, create, and “ borrow “ news interests to share. The whole world wide Adam community is gracious enough to post, chat, share, stay, go silent for a bit, actively return, — whatever is right. I read Adamtopia everyday… and check in more than once, but post more irregularly, prob because of where Adam is in his career at the moment. I do remember years in to “Adamtopia” a poster stated that unless we post/ comment/ share pics and news… there would be no Adamtopia …. So once again—thrilled that you have made some connections with Adam as a person, and as a man with all kinds of talent. Look forward to seeing you “ on the thread”.

Cabaretera, welcome ! And thanks for sharing your Adam story with us. I'm so happy that he's been able to make an impact on you with his personality and his music. I find him endlessly fascinating. His voice and singing literally calm me when I'm stressed or anxious or have had a bad day (a lot of that lately). PI, once again, thank you for all your hard work . It would be so quiet around here without you...I'm not on social media so I don't see anything posted until I find it here.
