I just employed the highly scientific testing process of dancing around my house in my socks with the snippets cranked way up on my ipod. I'd jogged to them earlier, but I wanted a more free-form body response test. My results were, they all make you move and are awesome that way but Naked Love and NCOE were actually easier for me to dance to because of the faster beat, with NCOE being the fastest and closest to my own 'on da floor' sweet spot. I highly recommend that everyone repeat this test and report back. Our results will no doubt differ except for the happy endorphins and sweat ;D ;D ;D ;D Had to log back in quickly to cheer this experiment! Unfortunately, I cannot participate in a responsibly scientific fashion at the moment as the in laws are asleep and my husband trying to work in the bedroom. However, I can report that just the other day I found myself unconsciously dancing like a fool while waiting for the subway train to the track of Trespassing playing on loop in my head. My husband, grin on his face, asked "WTF are you doing?" I had to blush sheepishly and mumble something like "nuffin jess dancin," but at least I earned a big hug from him ;D. So yeah, I'd say Trespassing hits my dancing sweet spot (such as it is--it's not pretty) pretty well. My instincts say that Trespassing is more: while NCOE is more: Cuckoo and Naked Love fall somewhere between the two for me. ETA: actually, i've thought about it some more and want to make my analysis more sophisticated: Naked Love is kinda more like: And Cuckoo is more: (verse chorus verse chorus) ;D

Trespassing!!!! Hey, I was just glad to hear Adam sing in a normal voice for once. I had a random thought about tonight's discussion. I look forward to the day when we can discuss Adam's music, likes, dislikes, the reasons, without the pressure of the radio thing. I actually think there are two discussions muddied up together here. It will be more fun when they can be separated. I totally agree with this, juniemoon. As I was skimming todays thread I kept coming back to the thought that the "what's my favorite single" folks were getting mixed up with the "what single will do best on radio" folks, when those are really two separate discussions. Part of me suspects that we are really all much more in agreement than it feels like we are. I, for example, love Trespassing the bestest, but def don't think it would be the most obviously successful radio single. I readily believe NCOE might be that. Cuckoo is my happy medium. But really I like them all. My problem is that I can't bring myself to care as much about out and out radio success as I do about having the song that Adam is most identified by being a song I totally adore and that feels like him. But I know that might make me a kinda careless or disloyal fan, and that a radio smash would be a great thing for Adam. I'm just really ready for a single that screams AAAAADDDAAAAAMMMM to me, even if that single isn't a roaring success. But truth be told, as I said, I really do like all four songs, for different reasons, so I'm a happy camper. Hey there! Not surprisingly I find myself in agreement with you. And I do love NCOE. The videos today were spectacular. My youngest rediscovered her love for Adam this morning thanks to Adomtopia, my iPad and his kick ass music at 8:00 am.

Am curious... did LogoTV tweet about anyone else's soundcheck? Since I'm in the Adam bubble, I'm sure attention is paid to many other artists and I never see it.

Don't think I've forgotten--it's just been a bit mad here lately. I'm looking forward to heading back your way soon! House still standing? That's great about your girl--she and I always did align in our adam-tastes! ;D (fellow Loaded Smile lover, right?) So glad I'll be able to celebrate all the Trespassing fun with you. After all that angst, we didn't really miss much squeeing together after all, did we, with all the delays!

As a NL fan I know it'll be impossible for Adam to get it as his next single because of the snootyness of PD/DJs so I'm hoping that Katy Perry decides to use at as one of her summer singles and makes it a smash. Add to that she invites Adam to be in the MV where she's still distraught over Russell and in bed with POM playing on her I-pod and Adam barrages in and takes her clubbing while they sing NL. Just throwing it out there universe

I made dinner while listening and dancing tonight. It's so lovely to have new music to listen to and a real album release date. And Adam on Tv next week! Makes me giddy
